The staff were very helpful, friendly and informed us about everything we needed to know, from best place to eat, last bus and the parking permit for the hotel.
They also gave us a map to help us find places and find our way around.
Breakfast was good quality, well prepared and tasty. Value for money with the drinks included.

Only a short walk into Scarborough. Parking disc available for free parking up to 3hrs at a time. Free parking between 5pm-9am. Rooms basic but had everything you needed. Friendly staff, couldn't do enough.
Female that treated us seemed to be confused and couldn't find out booking even though booking.com sight shown with two rooms paid for over 6 months ago. She was a little stroppy but son turned up and assisted. She was obviously a little stressed as she was fine the day after.

Very out dated needs a over hall .sink was in the room where bed's are no where to put toiletries ext.

Well we sent an email regarding our 3 night stay and we haven’t had a reply. This was sent 2 months ago 😊 we didn’t have clean towels, bedding or the room even cleaned throughout the whole stay.
