Much better than I expected and a very good stay
Pros:

Good sized room , clean , comfortable bed , good shower , staff were friendly and helpful , parking on the road was ok .There was a good choice for breakfast at a reasonable price . Evening meals in the bar were also reasonably priced , good basic food . I was quite surprised how good it was for the price .,

Cons:

Decor in the room a bit plain and floorboards from the room above creaked a bit , but did'nt mind much because of the price

Best stay at Scarborough
Pros:

Warm and friendly staff, hospitality superb.
Bar and meal prices very reasonable and food quality excellent. Bar man was also very helpful and welcoming, explaining I could buy a bottle of wine and keep it in fridge to use as and when. Nothing to much trouble on asking for extra tea or milk etc. Lovely fluffy large bath towels. Overall great value for money. Stayed in many places in Scarborough, but my next stay in Scarborough, will defo be staying here.

Can't think of one thing.

A great stay and would return
Pros:

Fabulous welcome and barman Steve was really good company. Breakfast staff absolutely lovely.

Cons:

Shower poor but this was literally the only point

Excellent stay with hardly any issues and those that I have mentioned wouldn’t warrant a knock down on any rating!!! Ple
Pros:

Property was clean and well maintained - friendly staff and would recommend.

Cons:

The only issue I found was that there was no toilet roll holder & no toilet brush.

Exceptional value for the money
Pros:

Comfy , practical short stay location close to the town / shops and main beach area .
Pros:

The room was really nice for a single person , also the bed was a nice comfy double , the interior of the hotel was done up nicely especially in the dining room and bar area . The corridors were a little narrow but pleasing with a nice warm touch and a great little area to sit down with a table / lamp and nice paintings , also bins to place any overspill litter from your room .

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better during my stay was the size of the bathroom , as far as hotel bathrooms go it was cramped with barely enough room to move about and / or shower , but it was a 'single' room so i'm guessing a larger 'double' room will have had a larger space ? , but i got by and it did the job .

Pros:

Friendly staff and in general clean facilities.

Cons:

Been going since 2017. And on this occasion the bedding hadn't been changed. Told the chap at the reception and all was dealt with within 2 minutes.
