Please note: It is not possible to make a reservation for parking facilities. The surcharge for private parking is EUR 4.5 per hour or EUR 30 for 24 hours.
The total amount of the reservation may be pre-authorized any time after booking. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment system. For non-refundable bookings, this will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged 24 hours before arrival. Cash payment is not possible at the hotel.

We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Super fijne locatie. Naast een metrostation. Ik ging naar een concert en kon heel makkelijk terugkomen Prima bed en de kamer was ruim genoeg. Ook fijn dat je iets te drinken kon aanschaffen in de lobby.
De liften waren langzaam (maar ik had ook geen geduld, want ik had een reservering waar ik heen moest)
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das einzige Personal, welches wirklich freundlich war, arbeitete dort.
Muffiges Zimmer, muffig riechende Gänge im Zimmertrakt. Absolut verstopfter Abfluss im Waschbecken. Keine Abluft im Bad…, kleines Zimmer ohne jegliche Dekoration, welches den Raum zumindest etwas freundlicher gestaltet hätte.

There are facilities to wash clothes free of charge.
The attitude of the staff is very casual. Rooms were not always cleaned properly. Lifts were not working properly. As a guest you don't have access to the co-working space on the top floor.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Wir würden dieses Hotel ohne Zweifel nochmal buchen. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Leicht mit öffentlichen Transportmitteln zu erreichen. Schönes Zimmer, gut eingeteilt.
Bed was nice and room was comfy. Bathroom had two sinks it was nice. Nice decor and some extras. Breakfast was really good.
Housekeeping skipped our room.

The Social Hub is well located by a metro station, enabling easy access to the rest of the city. The room was comfortable, with a good bed, work desk but I cannot recommend this for business travellers, especially in summer. Rooms were advertised as having air conditioning, and although set to cold, didn't seem to do a very good job. This meant more sleep, which is not what you want when you are travelling for business.
Some of the staff were very friendly (shoutout to the guy at checkin), but others (like a Spanish speaking lady) I found very unfriendly, answering curtly without even giving eye contact.
I was placed on a high floor, which had a great view, but unfortunately only one elevator seemed to be working for the rooms side (all 12 floors), and this was shared by cleaning staff, which meant around peak time you need to plan additional time. Not ideal if you have meetings to go to.
Each room had plenty of coffee and storage place, but surprisingly for a so-called 4*, my room did not have a refrigerator. The bathroom provided good towls and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion) but the shower was one of those open showers, which meant water splashed everywhere.

I arrived at the City Hub to do my check in and at the moment of the check in the girl at the reception informed me that it was overbooked and the had no room for and that I would have to go to the other Hub in the west. It was so disrespectful and disappointing. The way the girl informed me and the other one was not the one I had booked 2 months in advance and it was really far from the city center and a lot cheaper too so I paid more for the one I actually couldn’t stay, I would like my refund for that.
