Tesisin odaları geniş ve hemen yakınında market ve metro durağı var. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve her probleme yardım et çözüm bulmaya çalışıyorlar.

Cons:

5 gece kaldığımız odayı son gün zor temizletebildik. Odadan çöpler alınmıyor. Günlük temizlik yapılmıyor. Aslında tam bir otel değil gibi sanki bir öğrenci yurdu boş olan odaları da otel odası niyetine bu platform üzerinden satıyor gibiler. Özellikle Çocuklu aileler için tavsiye etmiyoruz.

The hotel is near the metro. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. There is a laundry room you can use at no extra cost. There are 2 resturants.

Cons:

Our room was a converted dorm room. The bathroom was small. There was a light bolted to the headboard that I hit my head on a few times. It did serve our needs but the pictures on the website do not mention living in a dorm room.

Great hotel with beds for “princesses”…
Pros:

Very friendly staff, who really do care!
Large room with good storage space and large bathroom.
Wonderful and amazing breakfast!
The inside is very unique and it really is a “hub”. Lot of young people around.
1 minute from metro and few minutes by metro to Amsterdam Centraal, or cca 20 mins walking to Museumplein.
Free water and cookies in the front desk area.
“Bistro” open during the day.
Tasty food in restaurant, with not a massive menu yet great selection.
Coffee machine and kettle in the room.
Quite noisy location during the day, but quiet at night.
Albert Heijn 2 mins away.

Cons:

Extremely soft mattresses… great for chilling, horrible for sleeping…
Heavy room door and people slamming it all the time.
Very dusty room - first floor, room 2120.
Many beggars around the hotel… but staff and security at night are trying …

חדרים 10/10!! קרוב למטרו ולסופר, יש באיזור מסעדות נחמדות ובתי קפה מומלצים, וגם במסעדה של המלון יש בית קפה ומסעדה עם אוכל מצויין! לגמרי אחזור לפה בביקור הבא מאמסטרדם. הצוות אדיב, דאג לנו ועזר בכל דבר שביקשנו, החדרים נקיים טלוויזיה נוחה מקלחת נדירה הכל טוב מאוד. לגמריי לגמריי 10/10

מיזוג אוויר קצת קשוח אבל ברגע שאמרנו חמש דק אחר כך הביאו לנו מאוורר לחדר שהקל עלינו מאוד.

Great location, great value!
Pros:

Very clean, quiet A/C, very good breakfast and good coffee. Room had everything we needed for 3 people. Even the free use of a laundry room is included in the stay!

Enjoyable stay, great location and lovely staff
Pros:

Location was ideal right near the train station, 10-12 mins from central AMS and 20 mins from Airport. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel was lovely, room was spacious and clean. We ate there for brunch and dinner and it was really good!
