The lobby looked fancy

Cons:

Room was unexpectedly outdated and
all the furniture was old and chipped, smelly but the most important that we could hear and understand every word of neighbours and it was not possible to sleep.

Not the best
Pros:

Fridge in room. Nice duvet, toiletries are ok.
Huge room, desk, TV basic channels all ok.Bed is very grand and fancy.

Cons:

Got bit heavily by bugs on neck and shoulder absolutely awful.
Took ages for anyone to come to reception had to press the bell.
No one answered on the chat.
Nice lady though. Guy just stares. Looks really grand downstairs upstairs then room and floors very outdated. Bathroom door hits you as you try to use the facilities. Stairs to room was a nightmare with a suitcase. No ice bucket and ice is near entrance. No food, breakfast. In the middle of nowhere there is not much around. Gas station has food but limited. Thin walls, can hear next door and down the corridor. Inconsiderate guys banging down the door. Weird musty smell. Bed creaks, dip in middle. Pillows weren't great. Housekeeping staff, loudly knocking doors, shouting in corridors.

For what I needed, just to sleep and shower - it was fine

Too long a walk from front desk to my room. I’m elderly and have arthritis
