Great sleep: blackout curtains and COMFORTABLE beds
Pros:

Traveling with a disabled friend and the “disability accessible” room was perfect. Appreciated the elevator to the third floor. Beautiful view over the harbor and extremely comfortable beds! Waffles at breakfast was a bonus.

I slept great but the cleanliness needs work.
Pros:

The area is nice. Seems safe.

Cons:

The chairs and the bed frame were stained. It would be nice if they replaced the old carpet. Smelled like someone been smoking in that room. Glad I brought my own pillow. They smelled like smoke.

Home Away From Home
Pros:

This is our 4th or 5th bisit to this hotel. My sister lives nearby so we stay at the Villa Inn when we visit her. It feels like 'home' here! This place is not upgraded or fancy, but the layout in the rooms is spacious, beds are comfy, water is hot and the staff are all super friendly, helpful and darling.

Cons:

There is no iron or ironing board in the rooms. This is our only minor boo-hoo.

I will be back.
Pros:

Nice light breakfast just right!

Cons:

The next door neighbors were very loud and woke me up at 3:30am the people were arguing and yelling. Other than that great.
