Pros:

Very average for the area. Food on location was average compared to walkable options. Rooms were stuffy. Staff was outstanding but the venue needs some work. Will stay elsewhere next time

No Business Center for Business Travelers!
Pros:

Great location with friendly staff. Nice bar. But a remote printing section as a substitute for a fully functioning business center is ridiculously subpar.

Definitely coming back!
Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel. Water pressure was good and featherbed was comfortable overall even though feathers could stand to be shifted a bit (hump in the middle). We enjoyed the pizza and alfredo for dinner - it was very good priced reasonably. Our reservation was for "Bed & Breakfast" which cost less than the $30/pp for the breakfast buffet. The buffet was superb - so many choices and delicious. Being across the street from the mall was really nice.

Good, not excellent.
Pros:

Better than "Good" stay, but not excellent. Valet staff EXCELLENT! Housekeeping EXCELLENT! Front Desk Guest Service Agents, good enough. Rooms are clean and quiet at night! The lobby restaurant is very lively if you like that kind of thing. Located next to the Galleria Mall and other necessary stores and food establishments.
