We spent one night there because we had an early morning flight and we appreciated the hospitality of the staff
the location was helpfull because it was close to KL sentral ( 10 minutes on foot )
Check-in was so smooth, I was greeted by Lareef, who throughout my stay helped me with everything! The room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and linens clean! The location was excellent, with a lot of vegan/vegetarian restaurants around. The hotel is walking distance to NU sentral Mall and rail station. Anything you could need was just a step away.
If you are someone who is a lightsleeper and is bothered by outdoor sounds, it is better to get the room without a window. I am used to sleeping with noises around, so I didn't have a problem at all in my room with two large windows, which I loved for natural light!

The service was fast, and the staff were friendly. One day, my husband and I went out and informed the receptionist that our room needed to be cleaned. However, when we returned, the room had not been made up. Fortunately, there was a room service staff member named Muhammad Ali (if I remember correctly), who was from Bangladesh. He cleaned our room quickly and efficiently and was very kind and helpful. My husband and I stayed for a week, and he assisted us a lot throughout our stay.The receptionists were also very kind and friendly. we had a pleasant experience, and we appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff.
i liked the hallway it looks quite nice.The bed was comfy and clean and i loved the bathroom as well it has great amenities. Overall lovely place
the only issue i had is facilities were under renovation
