- Professional and welcoming check in process, extremly friendly staff who familairse you with the area and personally show you to your room
- Walking distance to the Old Town (about 5 minutes)
- Clean and tidy room / lobby
- Decent breakfast with plenty of options
- Minor issue but directly behind the property was some construction that started early in the morning (07.30 hrs) but appreciate this is out of your control and done to avoid the hottest part of the day.
- Air con took a while to cool the room down
Checking in is easy as the staff is friendly and able to converse in English.
Room is huge and clean
The hotel has a small swimming pool and fitness gym
Location is around 10mins walk to Old Town - great if you enjoy the peace and quiet moments at nite. Otherwise, a grab 2-wheel is around 15K VND
The breakfast selection is decent;
toiletries are very basic - body wash and shampoon are provided without cconditioner. Shaving kit comes without any shaving cream

The only thing I didn't like is I had the only okay massage I have had in all of southeast Asia here, sorry it was just so mid.

Awesome stay on the river near old town. Our spacious room had a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was adequate. Staff helpful snd attentive. As an older ciuple we sometimes found the walk into town a bit far in the heat, however, Grab was quick and easy. Fantastic stay and excellent value for money.
Location was good nearer to old quarter
The pricing at this hotel does not reflect the actual experience. It feels like a standard hotel setup despite the boutique branding. The breakfast menu is quite small. We specifically booked a riverfront cottage but were downgraded to a normal room. Additionally, the stay was very noisy due to nearby building works. I would not recommend this based on the current price point.
The location, just away from the main street so quiet at later evening. Hotel was spotless and spacious. We had a room with balcony at the front and lovely just to sit early morning or evening. All staff were brilliant, felt very looked after. Breakfast was great and being able to sit outside for this was great. I'd definitely want to stay here again

Simply the best in Hoi An! This was my fourth time staying at Lantana, and it honestly feels like coming home to family. The location is unbeatable—waking up to views overlooking the canal while being just a few steps away from the Old Town is incredible.
A massive thank you to Sally, Jenny, Lily, and the whole team for their genuine warmth. They truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!

The place was lovely and just far enough outside of Old Town without the noise of the hustle and bustle but close enough for a lovely walk. Hotel staff were great, always friendly and so helpful. Loved it :)

The pool was a very welcome relief from the heat, but be aware, it’s quite small. Big enough for a cooling dip, but not the place you’re going to lie around relaxing for hours.
10/10 stay! My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon while in Hoi An. We were actually booked in somewhere else and when we arrived our room was filthy and decided to search for an alternative elsewhere. We were hot and exhausted when we stumbled in and Jenny completely turned our day around. She showed us room options and the other facilities before we made a decision. Once we decided to book she took the time to go through all of their recommendations (which were all fantastic). We were offered welcome juice and cold towels while we waited for them to prepare our room. It was clean and comfortable with great AC. The breakfast was awesome and location perfect for us. Walkable to everything we wanted to do but far enough away from the noise of the town to actually relax when we wanted to. All of the staff were amazing, but particularly Jenny made our time in Hoi An relaxing, fun and memorable. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again for good value if/when we return to Vietnam.
