La pulizia delle stanze il rifornimento delle stanze come accappatoi o biscottini non venivano mai messe. Il letto della stanza le lenzuola dentro trovavo sporcizia e alla mia lamentela si sono scusate ma mi hanno accusato di fumare in stanza cosa assolutamente non vera mi sono irritata allora mi hanno regalato per scusarsi due massaggi. Colazione scarsa di dolci . Direi che le stelle assegnate alla struttura sono solo per la bellezza e non il livello

A delightful mix of traditional and modern, with great service.
Pros:

The property was located very close to the old town but also in a quiet spot. From the moment we arrived the lovely girls on reception couldn’t do enough for us: they gave us a map, showed us where things were and booked trips for us. We were in a room on the top floor, facing the water, with a little balcony, a big bed and a great walk in shower (some rooms have a shower over a bath). There was lots of choice in the buffet- style breakfast and the hotel also served lunch and dinner. Happy hour was from 4 - 7 and was buy two, get one free. The pool was under the hotel and was refreshingly cool, and there were sun loungers in a shady area. There was also a gym. The property has a spa but we didn’t use it. We loved this place.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, the pool is inaccessible, rooms lack soundproofing.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to the old town, restaurants and shops. Breakfast offers a nice variety, rooms are comfortable and reasonably sized, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The swimming pool is hidden and not accessible. Rooms are not soundproof, so noise from neighboring rooms can be easily heard. Staff language skills could be improved to better support foreign visitors.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

We had a fantastic time at Lantana Hotel. The staff were so helpful and accomodating. My wife celebrated her 50th birthday and they made it really special for her. Shout out especially to Jenny and Daisy. You were so amazing!

Lovely hotel with a great location for the old town & superb staff
Pros:

This hotel is run by attentive & helpful staff - we were on first name terms by the end of the stay. Hotel is superbly located close to the old town proper but far enough away to avoid the noise - and there is noise in Hoi An. A 5 minute walk and you are in all the action whether you want shopping, bars or food. But we had no problem sleeping. Good facilities - pool was good for a dip when needing to cool off in the afternoon heat. Excellent wifi. Great breakfast with a good range of items and a chef for fresh cooked eggs. If in Hoi An again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Cons:

My only gripe was not being able to log in to netflix on the TV - the TV wasn't good for english speaking channels. You might say you don't go to Vietnam to watch TV but when you have been sight seeing all morning & it's the afternoon with 35+ degree temperatures outside and 80% humidity it's nice to escape to an air conditioned bedroom & pass the time with a box set!
