Pros:

L’hôtel est en plein centre dans un quartier pas très commerçant. Le petit déjeuner est très varié.

Cons:

La climatisation faisait du bruit anormal.

Easy check-in at 3am.
Pros:

Our flight was delayed by over 6hrs and we didn't arrive until 3am local time. There was security out the front and a clerk at reception which made check in quick and easy.

Cons:

We did ask for an extra sheet / light blanket and were told that there aren't any extras... When we got to our room, the blanket there had a little dirt on the side but we were so tired being awake almost 24hrs and couldn't be bothered dealing further.

The rooms are.little dingy, clean and neat but definitely seen better days.

원래 가려던 곳의 숙소가 도착하기 몇 시간 전에 취소를 해서 급하게 예약 한 호텔이예요. 그런데 환영과 편안함과 맛있는 조식까지.. 정말 좋았습니다! 또 오고싶어요. 모두 감사합니다~♡

Saya memesan hotel ini dengan tergesa-gesa karena akomodasi di tempat semula dibatalkan beberapa jam sebelum kedatangan. Namun, sambutan, kenyamanan, dan bahkan sarapan yang lezat... sungguh luar biasa! Saya ingin kembali lagi. Terima kasih semuanya~♡

Hotel yang cukup memenuhi kebutuhan istirahat keluarga kami di kota denpasar
Pros:

Ruangan kamar luas dan bersih, ada dispenser air di dekat lift jadi persediaan air mineral selalu tersedia.
petugas security sigap membantu mencarikan parkir dan membantu keluar masuk mobil, bahkan saat akan menyebrang ke atm di sebrang hotel.
Proses cek in dan cek out cepat. Ekstra bed yg kami pesan sdh disiapkan, kamar sdh dalam kondisi dingin.
Letak strategis, dekat dg atm, minimarket dan resto dalam jarak dekat

Cons:

Sanitari di kamar mandi sudah perlu diganti. Demikian juga saat masuk ada kondisi handuk yg tidak bersih.
Chiller sama sekali tidak dingin
AC di ruang tamu perlu dibersihkan, hanya mengeluarkan angin saja, tidak cukup untuk mendinginkan ruangan yg sebesar itu

The welcoming friendly efficient staff. The cleanliness. The comfort of the King size bed. The breakfast was excellent in quality and variety. Booking the transport from the airport to the hotel was efficient and they were in touch before we left Australia and immediately we arrived in Denpassar with instructions of where to meet our driver.
