Excellent staff, facilities, and location!
Pros:

Staff was amazing, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

There were some times that 1-2 of the 3 elevators were down which made it difficult to get to the lobby from the room because the elevator would be full every time it stopped, but within a day all 3 were back in service.

Realemnte soy una viajera frecuente y lo que yo viví en este hotel no me pasó en mi vida.

Cons:

El perdonal de abajo es agresivo al nivel que tuve que poner una denuncia por la cual booking nunca me contestó tampoco. Me sentí acosada por el seguridad de la puerta. Voy a tener que ir hasta las últimas consecuencias
