Great family venue
Pros:

Fabulous service! Adrian the manager was fantastic, Joseph the bellman took care of all of our bags and arranged great transportation. Rooms were updated, entire facility was safe and clean. Great experience for our large family!

Great value for money
Pros:

Was nice, looks well maintained, free coffee and water on the lobby all day

Cons:

Out of 3 elevators, two were constantly broken. I was on 19th floor and waiting to the elevator sometimes took 7-9 minutes

Worth the money, considering its facilities, staff and location.
Pros:

Cleanliness and hotel infrastructure is very good, and staff are extremely helpful. Location is excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was average, and there are just too many people for the breakfast hall. Also, lifts are not enough for the number of people at breakfast time.

Cons:

Constant loud construction noise all day and night (midnight to 7am was.the worst) even through closed windows and curtains. We should have been forewarned and given the chance to book a room on the other side of the hotel or get a discount if this was not possible.

Breakfast was underwhelming with under average food quality, paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Great place to stay on Times Square
Pros:

My First time the NYC and it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I had a great interaction with Ayyub McNeal on our departure day. Gave us great information and advice on getting to our Amtrak connection. He is an great asset to Hampton Inn!
