Pros:

The size and spacious room, the facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed could be more comfortable, the amenities were a bit lacking, a shower cap would be appreciated and the coffee in the room and breakfast were terrible.

Clean, friendly, and safe
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Each day was a little different. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient. The 2nd floor was quiet and the pool and the weight room were nice.

Cons:

Paid in full with booking.com. Had to keep a credit card/debit card on file at the hotel when we checked in case we charged anything to our room. When we checked out, we got charged $5/night for "parking facilities maintenance fee". We had no car while we were there and the booking description said, "free parking". The $15 dollar surprise was annoying after paying over $500 and expecting that everything was covered like when we usually use booking.com.
