Not expected this kind of cleanliness about Hilton
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned properly, there were some stuff left from previous guests, is made us dissapointed in the first place, pool was out of service, it was very hot outside , we actually had this hotel for the pool also.I talked to front desk about this ,she said she couldn’t move us to a different same room , but least she tried to help

Overall is was okay because we we only there 1 night.
Pros:

The location and breakfast were good. Very nicely decorated and a spacious room.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. No microwave in the room. One reason I picked this hotel was because of the pool and upon arrival we were told the pool was closed. That would have been nice to know.

Affordable, clean, and good place to stay.
Pros:

The property was clean and the staff was attentive to our needs. We brought our dog and there was a nice area for us to walk him. There was a laundry room on site to wash the uniforms for a two day sports tournament.

Cons:

There is no courtyard or outside facility to sit and enjoy the outside.

A good value for the money, right off the interstate.
Pros:

Convenient. Mostly clean. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Quiet.

Cons:

A few stray hairs found in the bath and on a towel. Was charged over $10 for a $4 bag a chips. Still trying to figure that out.

Don't use booking com
Cons:

We had gone through booking.com and the front desk staff did not know how to process the reservation so we spent 30 to 45 minutes just sitting in the lobby while she helped other people and tried to get answers. Her first and best solution was to have us pay again and then have us figure it out later. Totally unprofessional. However, we decided to leave and go to dinner and while we were at dinner she called me and said she had figured it out. That does not change my rating because she shouldn't have had to figure out anything. She should have known how to handle this reservation from the beginning.
Now for the second complaint. Our room was fine. Maybe smelled a little musty. But our friends room had not been cleaned. There was trash in their trash can and dirty towels in the shower. They said the bed looked rumpled but was made. That is really bad
