Hemos pasado un par de días en este hotel y ha sido un acierto, especialmente por la amabilidad de los dueños, Vicky y su marido, que desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa.

Vicky estuvo pendiente de ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitábamos y siempre buscando que pudiéramos disfrutar de Hoi An a un precio justo. Se nota que siempre trata de buscar lo mejor para sus huéspedes. Incluso nos ayudó a gestionar un vuelo y el traslado al aeropuerto de madrugada, y tuvieron el detalle de ir a buscarnos a las 5:30 am unos bocadillos calentitos para el camino a los que nos invitaron (por poner un ejemplo de cómo cuidan a sus huéspedes y qué clase de personas son).

El hotel está en una zona tranquila, fuera del centro pero a poca distancia caminando. La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario.

Les deseamos lo mejor y esperamos poder volver algún día, gracias por todo 🥰

We spent 5 days in Hoi An at B LAN Riverside. It is a wonderful Hotel with a friendly and a familiar atmosphere. We got a wonderful room with a balcony and a view to the River. In the Hotel you get free drinking water. We had a pool to relax. And furthermore Vickynhu is a wonderful women and she helped us a lot… for Example she recommanded us trips much cheaper and more familiar than from get your guide and and she offers a laundery service.
The hotel is near to the center.. you have to Walk about 10 min. Perfekt.
Thanks you dear friend vickynhu for the nice time we spent in your Hotel. I will give you 12 points !!!!!!! You are so friendly and your Tipps are best. Hope to see you again. Lots of greetings from Germany❤️

Llegamos a las 3 de la madrugada y nos recibió muy amablemente
Además nos preparó un plato típico que estaba delicioso
Asimismo, nos buscó el taxi para ir a nuestro siguiente destino más barato que lo que aparecía en Grab.

Asimismo, parece que este lejos del centro pero en realidad está bastante cerca y en un lugar más tranquilo. Así que es perfecto.

Gracias por la atención Vicky, estamos muy contentos de haber estado allí.

Hotel tranquilo para disfrutar de Hoi An. Excelente atención
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy bien. Un poco apartado del centro pero en una zona muy tranquila. Hay un puente al lado pero no molesta el tráfico en la habitación en la que estaba. El personal súper atento con todo.

Herausragende Gastgeberin
Pros:

Die Managerin "Vicky" war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns viele nützliche Tipps in und um Hoi An herum. Das Hotel liegt fussläufig ca. 600m von der Altstadt entfernt.
Demzufolge ist alles fussläufig erreichbar.
Fragt einfach Vicky und sie gibt bereitwillig Auskunft.

Im Hotel konnte man ausserdem jederzeit kostenlos Wasser nach zapfen, aus einem Spender

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer zum Fluss. Es ist ein wirklich tolles Zimmer. Einziger Nachteil ist, das über die gegenüberliegende Brücke Roller fahren. Die machen einen unglaublichen Lärm da die Fahrbahn aus Metallplattem bestehen.
Durch den Einbau von 3-fach Türen ist der Lärm einigermassen gedämpft.
Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen aber dann ein anderes Zimmer wünschen ;-)
