The room was so nice, and the staff was really helpful with all the needs I could have. They helped me with the My Son excursion and they gave me good recommendations on where to eat. Thanks a lot for everything!

Excellent location and staff so friendly.
Pros:

Friendly staff, meters away from the old town and night market. Plenty of restaurants and spa nearby. The room was fantastic and very clean.

Cons:

I would suggest more tables next to the pool.

Pros:

Great location, couple of minutes walk away from old town and night market. Big rooms with lots of lights. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Swimming pool is along busy road. No breakfast available. Rooms feel dated and aircon was not sufficient to combat the heat. The recommended tailor was very expensive.

B’lan Villa avec son acceuil est un endroit unique !!!

Nous avons tout aimé de cet établissement !!! L’emplacement idéal, chambre tellement confortable et une piscine qui fait du bien après les visites. Mais, surtout, Vickynhu fut extraordinaire!!! Son aide et sourire bienveillant a rendu notre séjour mémorable!!! Un endroit idéal pour tous !!!

This is THE SPOT for a budget stay in Hoi An!
Pros:

This is like staying with family. The owners are SO KIND, willing to do anything and everything for you. Everyday they clean the room and provide fresh towels. Even the pool is kept up with everyday which we enjoyed swimming in multiple times during our stay to cool off. They even hung out with us one night by the pool and bought me a beer 🥹 can’t thank them enough. For a budget friendly accommodation, you’d be crazy to go anywhere else.

Cons:

If I had to get extremely picky, sometimes the WiFi would go out but it always returned. Just might not be suitable for those working while traveling.
