Freundlich, zentral, unkompliziert, sehr gute Lage. Man konnte sich 24 Std. mit Wasser, Früchten, Kaffee etc. bedienen.

Cons:

Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Deckenventilator nützte bei einer Zimmertemperatur von 29 Grad gar nichts.

Nous aurions dû y rester plus longtemps!
Pros:

Emplacement idéal près de Lucerne et petit village médiéval à distance de marche qui a vraiment du charme. C'est tranquille et familial. L'hôtel est près de la gare de train et des commerces. La chambre est grande, c'est très propre et le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. Nous avons adoré la petite cour intérieur où il est possible de manger et jouer avec les enfants (Il y a même un carré de sable!). Personnel très gentil.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their outstanding hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
