Не понравилась коммуникация, которая полностью отсутствует. В букинге предоставлен номер телефона, но решить сложившиеся проблемы там не спешат, а отвечают одно складно отправляю в тех. поддержку букинг. При бронировании мою дополнительно был оплачен номер уровня комфорт. На букинге, на фото, номера разных уровней полностью разные, но по прибытию меня начали убеждать, что это полностью одинаковые номера с маленьким отличием в балконе. Доказывали с пеной у рта, что это именно так пока… не заплатил сверху. Тогда такой номер резко появился и нам его предоставили. До этого пытались поселить в очень изношенный, маленький и грязный номер с поврежденными мебелями. По поводу еды, очень разочарованы. Очень много не свежих продуктов. Это касается и сладостей и фруктов и многого другого. По шведскому столу сразу видно, очень хотели сэкономить. Вкус еды оставляет желать лучшего. На ресепшене явно дают понять, что если у тебя возникли проблемы и у тебя есть вопросы - делай с ними что хочешь, им это все-равно. Впечатления крайне негативные, не рекомендовал бы
местоположение прекрасное, в центре пешком можно гулять. Питание хорошое, питание разнообразное! персонал супер, в ресепшене Йавуз бей и Караани огромное спасибо, всегда помогали, и в ресторане Есра девушка была хорошая , помагала, огромное спасибо! Очень хороший отель в Кемере!
Удачное местоположение. Первая линия от моря и есть где погулять вечером. Отличное питание!! Были 3дня, помимо мяса, курицы и рыбы каждый день, один день были суши, в другой день- красная рыба.. Для 4* питание на высоком уровне.
Massage service was excellent,boring and same breakfast every day , entainment was rubbish not fun at all.

Местоположение-не обсуждается) супер! Пляж рядом. Номер хороший, но немного неинтересный вид с балкона, на крышу кафе. Еда разнообразная и вкусная. Спа, хамам, прекрасные мастера!
Есть небольшие неприятности в номере- сломано окно, то есть оно не держалось открытым абсолютно, что-то с креплениями. Подушки староватые. Интересно размещен холодильник- дверка шкафчика и дверка холодильника не совпадали, причем шкафчик при открытии упирался в кровать и холодильник открыть не получалось…
My sister and I spent a week here, and we had the most amazing time. The hotel itself is beautiful, we especially loved the outdoor dining area, the gardens and the beach. The staff were incredibly professional - very helpful, friendly and hardworking. You couldn't ask for a better location in Kemer, it's right in the heart of the town, very close walking distance to shops, restaurants and bazaars. But the highlight for us was the food. There was a good selection of delicious food for every meal, which differed day-to-day. And the puddings were outrageously good. I would highly recommend a stay here, and would definitely return again!
- We were upgraded to a room overlooking the beach. (thank you!) But this meant we could hear the nightly entertainment/DJ music, which didn't stop until at least 23:00 every evening. It's great that the hotel provides entertainment and music, but it was actually louder in our rooms than it was in the entertainment area, and we never got to sleep before 23:30 each night. If you're wanting a good night's sleep, book a room that doesn't overlook the beach.
- We had a lovely massage in the spa. However, we booked a 1 hour massage, but the physical massage part only lasted about 40 minutes. We were waiting in the sauna for the first 10 minutes, then it ended with a face mask while we lay on the bed.
- The gym is in desperate need of some maintenance and upgrades. Almost all the cardio machines are broken, and it's very dirty (especially compared to the rest of the hotel, which is well-cleaned). Also, no gym towels provided. Some new and extra equipment would be great for those that enjoy gyming while on holiday.

Jedina zamjerka je na poziciju AC jer je položaj takav da se praktično ne može koristiti dok se boravi u sobi (a to je ili popodnevni odmor ili spavanje) jer je puhanje direktno na jednu stranu kreveta. Da je jedinica AC postavljena na susjedni zid (iznad vrata kupatila) to ne bi bio problem, čak povoljnije jer bi puhanje bilo po dužoj strani sobe.

This year we really enjoyed food cooked on grill. Everything and everyone are amazing , but the biggest thanks to Djumali. He was always making sure the food is hot and was choosing best pieces to serve.
