La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata purtroppo molto negativa e sicuramente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato.

Partendo dal personale, abbiamo trovato la donna alla reception particolarmente scortese e poco disponibile, così come il responsabile dell’hotel, che si è dimostrato brusco e maleducato quando abbiamo cercato di segnalare i vari problemi riscontrati durante il soggiorno. Invece di cercare di trovare una soluzione, in diverse occasioni ci è stato risposto come se fossimo noi ad avere torto. Per chi fosse interessato, abbiamo anche un video che documenta il modo in cui siamo stati trattati dalla persona di riferimento alla reception.

La situazione della camera è stata una delle delusioni maggiori. Abbiamo pagato circa 200 € a notte per una stanza senza finestra e senza il balcone con vista piscina che risultava indicato su Booking. Quando abbiamo fatto presente la cosa, il personale ha continuato a sostenere che non avessimo ragione. Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: la stanza non è mai stata pulita a fondo e il bagno, in particolare, non è mai stato pulito adeguatamente. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, ci è stato addirittura detto che la situazione fosse colpa nostra, nonostante il personale delle pulizie fosse già intervenuto.

A questo si aggiungeva un fortissimo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno della camera, tanto che siamo stati costretti a tenere la porta del bagno sempre chiusa. Abbiamo segnalato anche questo problema, ma l’unico intervento è stato spruzzare del deodorante per un giorno, senza risolvere la causa.
Abbiamo riscontrato cattivi odori e scarsa pulizia anche negli altri bagni della struttura.
La corrente elettrica era saltata e ci hanno messo 30 minuti per rimetterla dopo un intera mattinata.
Anche per quanto riguarda il cibo siamo rimasti delusi. Abbiamo avuto l’impressione che ciò che non veniva consumato durante un pasto venisse riproposto successivamente, con pietanze molto ripetitive e poca varietà.

Pros:

Animazione, vera formula all inclusive con copertura 24h di cibi e bevande. Servizio pulizia e sostituzione biancheria in camera frequente durante il giorno

Cons:

Wi-fi in camera non funzionante, nessuna soluzione o chiarimento. Non tutti parlavano inglese. Cibo pessimo e ripetitivo, davvero pessimo.
Spiaggia piccola, non hanno posto per tutti gli ospiti ma è problema di tutte le strutture della zona.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! ❤️ The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The beach was absolutely amazing, and the hotel is also very close to the centre, which makes it really convenient.
Every evening there was live music and entertainment, which created such a fun atmosphere. And please, don’t be shy—get up and dance! 💃🕺 It’s all part of the experience and makes the evenings even more enjoyable!
And the food… WOWWW! 🤩 The variety and the taste were honestly incredible. It was nothing like a basic all-inclusive buffet. Everything was so delicious, and every day there was something different for both lunch and dinner. There was such a huge variety that you always had something new and tasty to try.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. A very nice hotel, great atmosphere, amazing food, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach. We would happily come back! ❤️

Szép szálloda, jó ètelek, szép tengerpart
Pros:

Finom ételek, tengerpart karnyújtásnyira, szép szálloda. Tengerpart tökéletes. Szoba jó volt, tiszta, nagy ággyal. Tökéletes pihenéshez.

Cons:

Személyzet elég fásult, de kedvesek.
A kérésemet- amit a foglaláskor írtam nekik és válaszoltak is- a születésnapomra sajnos nem teljesítettèk ott élőben.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение у моря, в центре городка, всего час от аэропорта. Чисто, комнаты достаточно просторные, персонал вежливый, еда вкусная.

Cons:

Слишком приставучие зазывалы на шопинг, массаж, хамам, которым позволено приставать к отдыхающим на территории отеля. Их почти невозможно избежать, т.к. они буквально охотятся на отдыхающих, преследуя и в ресторанах, на пляже, в коридорах... Встревают в разговор, никакого уважения к приватности. Очень неприятно!!
Не было бы никаких отрицательных комментариев, если бы не..... клопы!!! Покусали страшно в последнюю ночь!!! Ужас.... То есть антисанитария полная, раз клопы!! Люди, мойтесь хорошенько сами и проверяйте весь багаж на наличие клопов, а то рискуете дальше жить с импортными клопами!!
Ну вот как порекомендовать отель с клопами???? Нет, конечно... и в следующий раз вряд ли мы сюда приедем...
