Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean. I thought the breakfast was wonderful. There was a lot to pick from and the food was good. It was easy to check in and out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to our event.

Loved the staff and the big queen beds!
Pros:

It was ok… just didnt like being in such a busy part of the city… I made a mistake thinking I was close to the Lake. Booking.com gave me incorrect information on location.

Cons:

Too much noise - too busy for me.

It was nice, but I would not pay extra for a city view if it’s not going to be given

The employee at the front desk was very nice and welcoming

Cons:

I paid extra for a city view room, and I was literally staring at the wall of another building. I did not see the city and I paid extra for that.

Highly disappointed with hidden fees , being over charged, pack n play “crib” was broken. Completely unsafe for a 10 mon
Pros:

Tried to cancel my room 25 hours in advance and the hotel denied it.

Cons:

Said there was free breakfast and was charged $62.00 for a breakfast that was disgusting. We filled out plates at the buffet and left the table with the same amount of food on our plates because it was not good.

Convenience and Quality in the Loop
Pros:

On my tips across the Country,I always stay at this property. It is close to Union Station and convenient to the attractions of Chicago. Being in the Loop,it is a great location for Business travelers. The Hotel is clean,efficient and the service is excellent. To that end,I would like to commend the following- Marisa,Oscar,Julian,Claudia,Melody,ArhantyArtem,Aiarha,Lucia and Kim. Thank You one and All!
