Convenient on the Loop
Pros:

Hotel does not have parking but the garage that works with the hotel was close. Also easy to get on the train from the hotel.

For the price I expected more. I’ve had better stays at different hotels for half the price that we.

Breakfast was fine, it should be complimentary with the stay.

The mattress were dirty, not the sheets the actual mattress.

Great hotel for business or pleasure
Pros:

Nice hotel in good area and close to mass transit. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and roomy.

Over all great experience
Pros:

It was very friendly , clean and comfortable. Nice area as well

I got a charge on my card and I have to guess what it may be, I didn’t get a receipt.

Very good!
Pros:

Breakfast was really good but I had to pay for it. In the hotel website, it says that the breakfast is included and that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Great location and we would definetly stay again
Pros:

Large, comfortable room. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay as a family

Cons:

Not a big issue but room had a cheap coffee machine that I never seen even in cheaper hotels. Upgrade would be great
