Great stay in downtown Chicago
Pros:

Pros:

Julian who checked us in was very kind and hospitable. The location was very good, and the space was clean. We also really appreciated the toothpaste and toothbrush because we forgot ours!

Cons:

The sofa bed was not very sturdy; parts of it didn’t stay down at times.

Good location. Size of room was good for 4 people. Coffee maker in the room could have been better.

Fantastic way to introduce newcomers to an amazing downtown neighborhood!
Pros:

Easy access, great amenities. Close to downtown shopping and attractions. Staff was great with some really good recommendations for local dining.

Cons:

Pool was a little small, but nice, clean and the gym was excellent.

Pros:

Its in the center of Chicago

Cons:

Staffing were inconsistent, they charged a fee that shouldnt have been as I confirmed through phone call. The never provided bedding for the 5th guest.
