The location and great customer service
The sewer smell in the bathroom’s drains and the gnats. Management took care of the smell and less gnats.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
Rooms fit 6 people. Beds were comfortable.
No microwave. Parking instructions for app not given prior to arrival resulting in double charge parking fees. View from room was the building next door and can feel they can see into the room.
The hotel itself is very nice. Everything was clean. Our room was great! The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. We even ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was decent food. I wanted to give this hotel an excellent review, but their pool was extremely disappointing! I picked the hotel partly because it had a pool and with a younger child, I knew that would be something she would enjoy in the evening. When we arrived, we were informed the pool closed at 8pm. I've stayed at several hotels and the earliest I have every known the pool to close was 10pm. So, we were disappointed by that. But, when we went down to swim, we were even more disappointed to find that the pool was barely bigger than a large bathtub. There were about 10 people, 8 or 9 kids and 1 adult, and it was a full pool. I would stay here again, if I just needed a nice hotel to stay at and didn't want a fun activity for my kids to do in the evening.
Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good and location was accessible. My children loved the chess set!
Some staff were not hospitable or responsive when the concern of cleanliness was brought to their attention, especially the night management staff. We were told there were different tiers of cleaning even though we initially requested as daily full cleaning. The bathrooms were not cleaned, the beds were not always made, the floor was sticky and filthy and the surfaces had a layer of dust. Had to file a formal complaint to get them to properly clean the room and remove a comforter with blood stain. We had to request for towels for our family of 5 every day. Was eventually partially comped for a day and breakfast, Julian and Aiasha were very responsive and thoughtful. Julian helped me find aan urgent care location when my son broke out in hives on Sunday afternoon. Bartender didnt want to make a coffee drink because he didnt want to clean the machine so he sent my husband to starbucks. We were treated differently because we booked through booking.com and we were reminded of our third party booking every time we interacted with the front desk. The last 2 days of our stay they finally cleaned somewhat properly. Requested print out of cost the night before, front desk staff refused to do so because she stated there may not be all the charges and she said some folks then dispute the charges. At check out staff again refused to provide receipt because we booked through booking.com. Had to show proof of discrepancy in cost from my own laptop to get Julian to finally listen and print out receipt as we paid during check in. Overall our stay was not very pleasant.
Customer service is terrible. The room is dirty. The beds are really hard, very uncomfortable, I didn’t even get extra blankets for the bed. we had to call it down to the front desk to get blankets. Also, we need a more towels, we wasn’t able to experience the pool because of the hours. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I think the breakfast should be complimentary, considering the hotel room rate. Still wasn’t too expensive for breakfast and my daughter was free.
