Great location, very clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Great location to downtown Gatlinburg and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. Someone seemed to be cleaning all the time. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Close walk to downtown and beds were very comfortable

Cons:

On Sunday workers were banging very loudly and talking very loudly before the sun was even up. Also booked because the website said has pool. Got there and pool is closed for remodeling but we were not notified when we booked.

Pros:

Location and amenities was exactly what I looked for. Breakfast was great as well! Staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

For the most part everything was clean.. but the bathroom shower had clumps of hair someone shaved off on the wall.
Also didnt know the pool was down. Kids were disappointed.

Lousy.
Pros:

Pool was closed for renovations. My 3 year old literally cried in the main entrance when we told him we couldn’t swim. It was one of the main reasons we even chose this hotel.

Pros:

Room was clean, breakfast was plentiful, staff allowed us to park until check in started after we checked out.

Cons:

Amenities listed were completely unavailable. Pool is closed "until further notice" and fitness center was blacked out on all the signs and completely unavailable. Booked specifically for amenities that were listed. False advertising.

Quick short stay, convenient and clean just didnt like beds
Pros:

All prepaid by arrival

Cons:

The beds were extremely hard so very unfortabke. And the outside light shone thru the drapes all night , no way to turn off light
