Review of Country Inn Suites
Pros:

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg so that's a plus. Free breakfast and free parking is also a plus.

Cons:

That the manager beat on our door and woke us up just to change the curtains. We asked if they could come back in like a hour but he said they needed it done then. It only took like 15 minutes to do, but after that we couldn't go back to sleep. The beds are too firm and hard for my liking but that's not the staffs fault.

Great Stay! Great Location!
Pros:

Love the location, Walkability on the Gatlinburg strip, the decency of the rooms.
Great space.

Cons:

Parking. We were able to park just fine but did not move the van once we got there. We were informed that parking can fill up. If we have any problems, notify the front desk and that will take care of the lack of parking. So to keep that problem from occuring we just stayed park. As we were just there for a one night stay and had no need to really drive anywhere.

We had a great time. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the fun.
Pros:

The location was amazing for the proximity of the attractions, dining and shops.

Cons:

Peeling paint, peeling wall board, leaking bathroom ceiling during a rain storm. Overall, needs a facelift.

Extra parking far but staff was nice
Pros:

Actual location was walking distance to the parkway.

Cons:

Extra parking was very far from hotel and my husband is handicapped so it was very inconvenient since the lot was full and then the mattresses were hard and pull out couch mattress was covered in mildew.

Had a very nice time. Will stay here again in the near future!

Very clean, convenient to the downtown area without being on the strip. Staff was extremely nice!
