Location was excellent. A 3 minute walk to the convention center and downtown.

114 has a very bad air conditioner.
The provided breakfast had more selection than we expected with a good variety of different breakfast meats each morning that we stayed. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in early! They provided us with detailed information regarding our stay, breakfast options/hours, and parking requirements, and answered all of our questions in a friendly and welcoming manner. We initially had an issue with the barn door for the bathroom as the top rollers were loose and very noisy (which would have been disruptive in the middle of the night), but maintenance fixed it all within minutes of us bringing it to their attention. We would also like to acknowledge Andre for his extremely kind and helpful assistance during our stay - WELL DONE! We REALLY appreciated being SO CLOSE to the Convention Center as this made our stay extremely convenient!
We had four adults in our room but were only provided two keys, even after requesting more. We would have liked more frequent cleaning services (instead of only once per three-days), and additional towels. We were able to get more towels when we requested them, however they did begin to pile-up in the room. With that said, housekeeping accommodated our every request, and wanted to give them a special shout-out as well. Also, the air-conditioning unit in our room (416) was pretty loud as it started up, we ended up leaving the fan on constantly which helped to reduce the noise at night.

The property was centrally located on the gatlinburg strip. Everything to do was within walking distance.
The property had construction work without any notice anywhere. I was trying to sleep in on a Saturday and all of a sudden there was banging on room above or the floor above where we stayed, this lasted for over 2 hours. I called front desk to complain and we endured another hour of banging. I looked in lobby to see it any notification was up advising guest of construction work however I didn’t see any in community areas or front desk or elevator area.

The entire 4th floor was damp and musty. The odor was terrible, our clothes felt damp and stunk after hanging in closet.
It’s was close to the Main Street of Gatlinburg and you wasn’t in all the chaos.
