The location and the staff - very professional and friendly
Nothing that I didn’t like.
Great Location, right around the corner from main strip in gatlinburg. You can walk everywhere, rooms were nice, staff were nice. Descent breakfast bar if you looking to save money, great eating spots on strip, you can hear a pin drop in the middle of the night it’s so quiet.
There is really nothing bad to say or didn’t like about the property. Yes will stay there again.

Staff were friendly
Hotel was a little run down, The door handle had to be repaired because it was falling apart. The mini fridge was barely cold, even on the max setting. The shower curtain was too short, letting water spray out onto the floor.
One of our rooms needed a new AC unit right off the get go.
The elevator broke down, leaving my 6 year old son and other family members stuck inside it until the fire department showed up and had a hard time getting the doors open to get them out.
Pool in the basement wasn't very clean.
