Pros:

Big room, good beds and the pool in the basement was awesome! The breakfast was also excellent!

Cons:

It was a little confusing finding the hotel at first but I called the hotel and was given great directions.

It was a great breakfast and the staff were fantastic. The location is great close to the main street in Gatlinburg. We saw a bear walking through the parking lot.

I would only book with a full refund possible. We decided to eat our $195 and just drive home.

the motel was off the Main Street of gatlinburg. dont use maps as it takes you to the rear of the motel in a pay parking lot. judging from the lot view in the rear it was not a great place. however when you find the front looks ok with a gravel lot in front

We did not stay or our night. just didn't look like a place we would have want to spend time at. May have been very nice however we chose to continue on without staying.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel.
Pros:

Zerntral gelegen. Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und gut erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Great Smoky Mountains Nationalpark. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da. Frühstück war gut und im Preis inbegriffen.

Great facility that I would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful intown place to stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and I was surprised by the variety! The location was wonderful in relationship to the attractions on the strip that were in easy walking distance!

Cons:

It would be nice if they could figure out a way to have some additional parking, it was very limited.
