Desayuno auténtico maravilloso y variado. Bien ubicado de la zona más turística. Zona tranquila. La habitación deluxe tiene unas vistas alucinantes.

Cons:

Por desgracia, mi habitación daba junto a una mezquita y el canto a las 5am te despierta.

A localização é excelente o pequeno-almoço é muito bom, os funcionários prestáveis e muito disponíveis.

Muy aconsejable por ubicacion
Pros:

la ubicacion es perfecta. Esta cerca de todo sin estar en zona demasiado concurrida. Desde el Hotel llegas a Aya Sofia y a la mezquita Azul en 10 minutos o menos y ahi tienes ya todo alrededor. Ademas si quieres salir a cenar en la misma calle del hotel tienes muchos restaurantes pero sin estar justo en la calle del hotel asi tienes tranquilidad por la noche. En el desayuno el bizcocho esta hecho alli mismo porque vimos a la cocinera prepararlos y estaba muy rico.

Cons:

El hotel esta reformado pero la limpieza no es del todo correcta. En el suelo habia unas frenadas de ruedas que ahi estuvieron toda la estancia. No habia sabada de arriba y era una colcha fina con unas manchas dudosas que el primer dia pense que era de haber puesto la maleta pero tampoco la cambiaron al dia siguiente. En la pared se veian pegatinas de algun niño que estuvo antes y ahi se quedaron... poca atencion al detalle con la habitacion tan bonita que nos dieron. El desayuno es compartido con otros 2 hoteles mas asi que hay momentos un poco de caos y que faltaban cosas y con una sola persona para cocina y salon pues tardaba un poco en reponer todo.

It's located in the center. Very near to all tourist attractions. Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was ok...more of Turkish Breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel in a tourist area.
Pros:

The location is great and the staff are very friendly.
The hotel is excellent if you want to be close to the main tourist attractions in Sultanahmet. The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet, and safe. You can walk around late at night without feeling in danger. Great value for money.

Cons:

Occasionally there was noise from the neighboring room. However, this was not related to the hotel itself, but rather to the behavior of some guests staying there. Overall, it was generally quiet, but at times the noise from other tourists made it difficult to sleep well at night.

Nice facility. Very affordable. Good location. Good breakfast. Please work on follow-up with guests.
Pros:

The room itself was comfortable and functional. Nice bed. Bath was private and clean. Enjoyable breakfast with good view.

Cons:

We requested two things before we arrived.
We asked for a fan, which they said they told us before we arrived that they didn't have. No worries.
We also asked for two additional pillows (to help with back injury relief). No response. When we arrived we asked again. We were told that they would have to ask housekeeping the next day, so we didn't have extras available on night one. After a day of travel the next day, we arrived back very late and there were still no extra pillows and no one was at the desk to even see if anyone was asked. After that, we just gave up. The people at reception were all very nice throughout our stay, but they didn't seem to follow up on a very simple and important (to us) request.

No lift, but the staff helped with carrying up our luggage.

Nagyon jó tapasztalatom van a szállás kapcsolatban, csak ajánlani tudom!
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van, kedves, segítőkész a személyzet és jó ár-érték arányban van. Legközelebb is választanám!

Cons:

Csatornaszag volt a fürdőszobában és reggelit elfelejtettek csomagolni utolsó napunkra, amikor korán indultunk.
