Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Es ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig kein Fenster zu haben. Aber schon am zweiten Tag achtet man nicht mehr darauf, da man damit beschäftigt ist, die wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden.

Konumu o kadar iyi ki, havaalanı otobüsünden iniyorsunuz ve yolun hemen karşısında otel. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve cana yakın, yardımcı. Valizleri erkenden emanet edebiliyorsunuz, müsaitlik olursa erken check-in de kabul ediyorlar. Kahvaltısı muazzamdı. Tekrar gitsem başka otel aramam

Cons:

La chambre avait bien une fenêtre mais celle-ci ne s'ouvrait pas. Pas de climatisation, ni de moyen de renouveler l'air; seulement un petit ventilateur.

Pros:

Konumu merkez istasyona çok yakın ulaşım hiç sıkıntı değil. Lobisinde bar hizmeti olması oyunlar olması ve özellikle çocuklar için etkinlik köşesi olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Akşam açık mekan bulmak çok zor onun yerine lobide biramızı içerken küçük kızımızın da canı sıkılmadan vakit geçirmesi çok konforluydu. Kahvaltı beklentimin çok çok üstündeydi.

Odada pencere var ama açılmıyor. Çok ıslandığımız bir gün

Das Thon Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man direkt in der Stadt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung habe ich leider nicht darauf geachtet und versehentlich ein fensterloses Zimmer reserviert. Das war für mich eine neue Erfahrung. Für diese Zimmer hätte ich mir allerdings ein besseres Belüftungssystem mit Zu- und Abluft gewünscht. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Die Zimmer wurden während meines Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Grundsätzlich stört mich das nicht, allerdings möchte ich selbst entscheiden können, ob ich auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichten möchte. Eine entsprechende Information oder Wahlmöglichkeit hätte ich daher begrüßt.

Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings kenne ich das Angebot aus anderen Hotels in Schweden deutlich umfangreicher. Was den Frühstücksaufenthalt jedoch wirklich beeinträchtigt hat, war das teilweise übereifrige Servicepersonal. Es kam mehrfach vor, dass Teller abgeräumt wurden, obwohl ich noch gegessen habe, oder sogar eine noch gefüllte Kaffeetasse mitgenommen wurde. Das empfand ich als unangenehm und wenig aufmerksam.

Brokastis lieliskas.Personāls ļoti izpalīdzīgs. Viesnīca atrodas tuvu centram.

Troksnis,jo slikta skaņas izolācija.Vannasistabā neatradu rozetes.Istabiņā tās varēja izvietot tā, lai būtu ērtāk pieejamas.
