Excellent location, incredible staff
Pros:

Cannot thank the staff enough, particularly Mohsin, who was extremely kind and helpful to me during my stay. Zain was also very helpful while I was checking out. The hotel was cosy, in a fantastic location, especially for attending a nearby gig in Shepherd's Bush Empire, which is less than a five minute walk away. Lots of places close by for food too! The room was very clean, and comfortable. Overall, very happy with my decision to stay here. Thanks again for making it a great stay!

A decent stay, will consider visiting again.
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located for us and our visit to Television Centre. We thought the room was fine and the service was good. A decent spot if you are visiting the Shepherds Bush area.

Cons:

The room was dark and did not allow much natural light due to artificial plants covering the outer window.

A pleasant and comfortable stay with excellent service and great facilities.
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean room, and excellent air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Convenient location and good value for money. We’d happily stay again.

Cons:

The bedroom was a little small and didn’t offer much storage space, but it was perfectly manageable for a short stay and did not affect our overall experience.
