Comfortable bed, excellent room facilities, central location
A hidden GEM! Next to Tube station, Nice staff, Super clean, so comfortable and quiet! Extra perks… a nice hair dryer, a mini fridge, A/C in the room… list goes on!
Nothing… we were happy with everything!
Staff was friendly. It was next to the underground station and near the Empire, which was why I stayed there.
Plenty of tea, coffee, and 2x biscuits
The kettle was clean.
Didn't like the fact I had to carry my case up the stairs after travelling quite far.
Though it was central, I didn't really like where it was and its surroundings.
Late in the evening, people just hang around near the gate.
Cleaning could be improved taps and switchs.
And the carpet felt like it had bits on when I was barefoot.
No breakfast. It was small.
Good location for getting into central London, and right by the metro station. Staff were nice.
For the money you pay and to be a so-called 4 star hotel, you’d expect clean pillows, duvets and charging sockets by the bed. It had none of these. We had to put two of the four pillows in the cupboard because they were filthy and stained.

A little dated, this is a small - guesthouse type hotel.
Close to the train station and where we were going for the evening. The guy at reception was super professional and allowed us to pay for an extra hour in bed. The shower was good and the water hot and I had lots of complimentary teabags to make myself drinks.
The TV wasn't working properly but I'm not bothered about that.
Easy to find and great location next door to the tube station.
No complaints
The hotel was conveniently located near to the railway station, Westfield Mall and for the Shepherds Bush Empire, a music venue we were attending. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and were able to store our bags as we had arrived too early for check in. Tiny bar and seating area in reception, which we did not use. Our room was on the small side with no view, but adequate for one night. The bathroom was clean and modern.
Wifi was poor and bed quite soft for our liking. There were no food options, so extra budget needed for breakfast at cafe nearby.

Supplied toiletries could be better, I got a little skin irritation from the shower gels.
