Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mirissa. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and each has a lovely balcony. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great swimming pool overlooking the ocean and direct access to the beach.

Although we experienced some heavy rain during our stay, it was still a pleasure to spend time in this comfortable and relaxing hotel.

The hotelstaf was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

During our stay, our 16-year-old son became ill with a high fever. The staff immediately showed genuine care and concern. They helped us to get a thermometer ,and even prepared special soup for him when he wasn’t feeling well. Their kindness and support was wonderful

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mirissa. It is a wonderful place to relax, with excellent service and people who truly care about their guests.

Elegant sophistication in every aspect.
Pros:

Such an elegant hotel that provides you with everything you could possibly need,even local activities and restsraunt recommendations.Staff is so professional and so friendly they make you feel at home.Breakfast was delicious.
Beach loungers perfect by the amazing private immaculate beach.Looking forward to coming back!
Special recognition to Maleesha at the restaraunt for attentive service and Heshani at the reception.
Last but not least they have a gem at their sister hotel spall literally the BEST massage I have had in my life and they are many!Thank you Phitpit for the most amazing relaxing massage!

Cons:

Not hotels fault ,but there were a couple of stray dogs that were a nusance when I was enjoying my beach walks.
Proximity to street could be a con for some,but it did not bothet me, plus hotel provides ear plugs.

Fint mindre hotel med härlig läge vid stranden och trevlig personal!
Pros:

Fint hotell med härligt läge vid stranden! Bra, stora hotellrum med snygg design! Trevligt restaurang med god mat och fint läge vid poolen, och sen havet framför! Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal!

Cons:

Tyvärr hör man trafiken på vägen utanför hotellet, det var störande ibland.

Exceptional hospitality
Pros:

Exceptional hotel and staff, they are really caring, professional and keep the perfect balance between treating you like a friend but letting you your personal space at the same time. Special thanks to Yohwan and the whole service team for the early pre-brekfast for my early beach walks.

Cons:

Seasonal the water was really rough, so no swimming in front of the hotel in the sea. But the 25m pool is excellent and swimming and snorkeling just 5min away with the tuktuk

An exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations in every way.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. The room, location, ambience, service, and food were all exceptional, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We couldn’t fault a thing and would happily return in the future.

Cons:

Nothing at all. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay, from the hotel and service to the food and overall atmosphere. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Pros:

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ideal gelegen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot war jeden Tag identisch und bot kaum Abwechslung. Zudem wirkte das Personal teilweise eher gemütlich, wodurch es bei Bestellungen und Anliegen öfter zu längeren Wartezeiten kam.

Ein weiterer Punkt war, dass die Baby-Schildkröten jeweils abends um etwa halb sechs freigelassen wurden. Dies wirkte auf uns etwas fragwürdig im Hinblick auf den Tierschutz, da der natürliche Zeitpunkt für den Weg ins Meer eher direkt nach dem Schlüpfen in der Nacht bzw. am frühen Morgen liegt. Zusätzlich fanden wir kritisch, dass Touristen die Schildkröten anfassen durften, was aus unserer Sicht nicht ideal für die Tiere ist.

Beautiful beach , beautiful rooms , relaxing setting

Cons:

can’t swim in the water
spa is in the sister hotel next door, but it is just a room without much ambience, “ ok spa” over all .
Workers are really nice but especially in the restaurant they need to pay more attention to guests and guest requests instead of talking to each other.
Breakfast is good.
Over all food is ok but could be better.

They have cleaning issues i found insect in my room and gecko, geckos are everywhere in the hotel. It’s so overpriced

Pros:

Небольшой очень уютный отель. Ошеломительный номер, очень просторный, очень чистый, комфортный с большой террассой с видом на море. Два вечера подряд выпускали черепашат в море. Необычайно и очень трогательно. Вкусная еда в ресторане. Внимательный персонал.

Magical Stay and Baby Turtle Release
Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel with incredibly kind and attentive staff. The food was excellent, and the rooms are lovely with stunning views. One of the most special experiences during our stay was releasing the newborn baby turtles into the sea. It was truly magical and heartwarming to see how much care the hotel puts into protecting these animals and helping the turtles safely reach the ocean. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place.

Everything was just great.
