Please note the pool usage guidelines:
1) Entry to the pool will be allowed only with proper swimming costumes. This is a mandatory requirement and guests are supposed to carry their costumes with them.
2) Swimming pool is closed on every Monday for maintenance and cleaning.
3) Swimming pool may also be closed in event of any mechanical failure and no prior information can be given for this.
4) Entry to the pool for guests will be as per timings specified by the Management. No guest is allowed to use the pool beyond the time specifications.
5) Swimming Coach/life guard will be available only in the timings specified by the management.
6) No food or beverage service/consumption is allowed while using the pool.
7) Local ID's and unmarried couples are not allowed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The building is old, not maintained properly and the pool was very dirty specially the surroundings of the pool
Food, staff and the room
It was upto my expectation. Reception Staff was very cooperative. Room and Washroom was properly clean.
Good location. Excellent staff. Decent breakfast. Superb value for money.
Bathrooms are a bit dated. Hot water at night can be an issue.
I liked that how conveniently it is located in the center .. Staff in housekeeping and F&B were accommodating and front office staff was also good especially evening shift were nice
I absolutely didn’t like how disappointing the WIFI they have if you have room on 2 floor it won’t reach to your room .. for hot water every time u need to inform reception and they will switch on heater.. they moved my room on ground floor so wifi could work but then no Ac only fan .. also i ask for extension since my flight was evening 6 the lady in the sari was very rude on the phone and also when i confronted her if she can take 1000 rupees and extend for me till 5 would be helpful but instead she charge me extra 200 and said untill 6 u need to pay 1200 the tone was very rude which definitely made me uncomfortable and i walked out from the reception.. other staff are nice but sari lady needs to learn about hospitality.. if that’s how she treats guest i am sure no one will return back to hotel.

I loved the property how centrally it is located and about 3km from golden temple
I stayed for almost 4 days in this property and my only concern was the cleanliness there were cockroaches inside the bathroom and room which was very un pleasant i complained and they send someone for cleaning but even after cleaning i saw cockroaches inside bathroom and bed corners
Location is very good, value for money
Had to call each time at the reception to switch on and off the AC and hot water..
There was no AC control in the room on asking, the staff said it's not there on 1st floor ..
Hot water was switched on only when asked..
Lovely attentive staff, the buffet breakfast was good, and the property was in a good location.
