Location! That is really the key with this one, it’s right across the street from the Pirates baseball stadium and Wright in the heart of downtown walkable to almost everywhere. The free breakfast was pretty good actually, quality for the most part!
Everything is outdated and a little dumpy, they keep it clean, but it’s hard for it to look clean when everything’s so old. The “swimming pool.” was exceptionally not good. It’s super dumpy, but I guess if you had a couple little ones and you didn’t mind being in a dark dingy basement looking tiny pool it would work fine.
Neat, clean
Traffic noise
Great hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
No
Location to the baseball stadium.
Parking, traffic from bridge directly out the window, value could be better.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
Lobby was under staffed so it took 25 minutes to check in. Parking fee wasn’t fun. The toilet would run for about 5 minutes after flushing and it was very loud. The room was very small for the price and there was a loud scary knocking in the hallway after we got to our room.
The property was clean, quiet, and near the riverfront.
Breakfast was good and staff were nice.
Room smelled very weird. Blinds were broken. A/C was very loud. Way too expensive for what it is.
Good location, parking was easy, clean, spacious and good coffee and breakfast
Nothing
Location was great
Poor customer service
absolutely nothing
extremely rude staff, dirty place, slimiest money stealers.
The location is great for anything going on in the North Shore. Nice hot breakfast in the morning.
There was only two people checking people into rooms the day of a big concert and everywhere was sold out.
People were lined out the door. Hotel would not accept early check-ins.
Also once we got into our room and turned on the air conditioner it had a horrible mildew smell. They need to address that smell.
Also the parking isn’t right next door to hotel. It’s a good walk away from the entrance.
Very clean. Great staff and moved fast considering how busy they were.
I was a little frustrated that we had to pay for parking. This should definitely be included on the stay. I’ve never had to pay for
parking at a hotel before.
