Great hotel in a great location!
Pros:

This hotel is in location with lots of stuff to do nearby, there’s parking, and free breakfast. So good!

Cons:

Breakfast all 3 mornings was extremely crowded to the point that many of us had to take our breakfast back to the room and they also ran out of cinnamon rolls which were the best thing about the breakfast

Very good for our family.
Pros:

Location was perfect for our purpose, which was a Steelers' game. The room size was great for our family. The cleanliness was great. The breakfast was amazing

Cons:

The shade in pur room was broken and seemed to have been broken for a long time. The previous guest had left the safe locked as a joke. We reserved for six but there were only towels for four and coffee and tea things for two.

Cons:

The property was great! However our first night checking in was difficult-the girl at the front desk spoke extremely fast and quiet-it was very difficult to understand her and had to keep asking her to repeat herself upon which she would “roll her eyes “. It was somewhat noisy in the lobby with people coming and going, and she made it difficult. This was our first stay here, so I wasn’t really aware of deposits required etc. Upon check out the next day however, the two gentlemen were absolutely fantastic and very friendly!!

Enjoyed out stay but next time maybe get a room on a lower floor.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for what we needed it for.

Cons:

The only issue was that the room's air conditioner wasn't working at its best. Maybe because we were on the 10th floor, but the nights were a little uncomfortable.
