Room smelled and was dirty trash was left under the bed from previous guests. The ceiling plaster was falling off in the shower. Terrible hotel

The hotel charged me 300 for a second night that I didn’t reserve or stay. It’s in dispute right now. I’ve spoken to mgmt 4 times and all they willing to do is give a credit for a future stays

The room was not very clean. There was brown substance on the back of the bathroom door and wall. Also we couldn't even walk around barefoot in our room without our feet getting dirty. The beds were not comfortable at all! The water pressure in the bathroom sink was just a trinkle, so we had to go to the kitchen to wash our hands. Also thought they would supply a coffee maker at least in the room, but they didn't. We rented one of the apartment suites and they barely supplied anything. Plus all the outlets were lose and wouldn't hold anything that we plugged in!

Room was not cleaned (full trash can and dirty towels). Refrigerator did not keep items cold. Weird odor in room (damp, musty). No employees smiled, thanked us for staying or offered to compensate for issues reported

Room walls and linens stains, parking very dark, many items very old need replaced

During the first night of two actual nights, we received a call from our daughter-in-law that our son was in the Emergency Room at our hometown with what appeared to be a heart attack. We packed up and I advised the manager at the front desk that we needed to check out as we had an emergency at home. I asked if we could get a refund on our room for the second night and a refund of $50 for our little dog that we had with us. We paid $100 for the dog for two nights. She refused both refunds saying we needed to give them a 48 hour notice. I asked how could I give a 48 hour notice when it was an emergency from home!!! She said it wasn't her problem. I had requested the 1st floor as I have a tough time going up stairs with my war injuries. That wasn't granted either, and there was no elevator. I had to carry all the baggage up the stairs and back down the stairs with no help. I am 77 years old.......This was the worst experience at a motel I have ever had! My wife and I were finally able to get away after my years worth of fighting throat cancer and picked the wrong motel to stay in for sure.

Sofa was uncomfortable, a few stains in bathroom were questionable. And lakeside view was limited to one bedroom window.

Potholes in blacktop our door had problems ! Hard to shut. And gaps around door when door is shut letting hallway talk in and light from hallway. People started talking in hallway around 10 pm. To at least 11:30 pm. Off and on .Made it tough to get to sleep.

Extremely outdated which made it feel dirty. Pool very dirty. Worst pillows I’ve ever slept on

Need major updates

Better customer service cleaner, rooms, and more accommodating than what she was. I was very disappointed in the accommodations in the room. The room was just nasty.no sleep due to people going up and down hall. We had double beds and they were supposed to be queen beds. When asked if I could get a refund she said I had to get it from booking . Com There was only 1 ice machine for entire building
