Our stay was very nice. I loved the lake front experience.
Pros:

I like that the property was on the water

Cons:

Our door to our balcony didn’t lock or we couldn’t get it locked. It was a little dirty with spider webs in the corners.

The room was the dirtiest I have ever stayed in. Underwear and moldy yogurt cup behind the TV stand

There was an additional pet fee of $50 per day that on your website was just listed as a pet friendly hotel. I was surprised by an extra hundred dollars for the two nights.

It was okay
Pros:

The water front view from the patio

Cons:

Needs some up dates. Only one light bulb was working in the bathroom out of three. Wasn't dirty dirty but wasn't clean either. There was still soap scum on the shower walls.

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Dirty, outdated, lack of upkeep. Lots of weeds outside around pool area. Pool area also outdated. Broken down furniture outside. Yucky blanket on beds.
