Convenient location with a great pool!
Pros:

The location, the pool, free parking, quiet room, helpful staff….

Cons:

The harsh chemical cleaning smells in our room, the lack of hangers in our armoire, the breakfast….

Having come from the Hotel Marblehead we were not sure what to expect but our fears were unfounded.
Pros:

From the start we liked everything about the hotel. The Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasure. The breakfasts were plentiful and varied, the pool was large and not busy and the room was spacious, clean and very well furnished.

Cons:

Nothing could have been improved upon.

Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff. Location was good with train station around the corner. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

The weather was good so having to go outside to get to our room to get to the main office/breakfast wasn't a problem.

Staff were extremely nice

Cons:

Bathroom towels had stains. Bathtub water spout needed grout and you can see the pipe sticking out of the wall. Bathtub had a small hole on the outside at the bottom. A non slip tub mat would have been useful. No one came in to empty waste baskets and no outside bins to put garbage in. Pillows are awful. The whole unit needs a refresh. Such a shame because the picture on line is lovely and the lobby area is so nice.

Will never stay here again and will never recommend this hotell
Pros:

The breakfast was horrible. All bread or cereal products no hot prepared food.
Poor quality food. It was the most unhealthy food I have ever seen in a hotel. Motel 6 may be worst. No. WiFi in our room and the mini fridge did not work an had to be replaced

Easy in and out, supports all your needs and then some

Cons:

My only issue was that the shower/tub was extremely slippery! So much so that my husband wouldn’t chance it. Maybe a rubber bathmat would help!

Lovely Location With Just A Few Issues
Pros:

The quiet and ease of access to the motel type rooms makes unpacking a breeze.
The location and proximity to both Rockport and Gloucester is great too.

Cons:

The facilities, especially the part of the bathroom that houses the commode leaves alot to be desired, as the commode sits way too low..not designed for most seniors..Likewise, while the reception on the phone was upbeat, the in person registration person left alot to be desired..no spirit of welcome.All in all however a good value stay.
