I would never stay there again
Pros:

The main lobby is very nice . I saw a view of some of the rooms in the main building and they looked nice . The other buildings were different .

Cons:

Our room was not part of the main building . It was a motel style . We had bugs, dirt , hair , a torn carpet plus a plastic object with nails on the floor near the bed

The location is great, everything was clean, and overall, everything was very good.

Cons:

The sheets weren't very comfortable. The fitted sheet and mattress pad came off during the night, so I woke up in the middle of the night and was sleeping directly on the mattress. The comforter, at best, was average.

Worst customer service. Rude, and unapologetic! No accountability!
Pros:

am deeply disappointed by the substandard hygiene and unacceptable customer service at this property. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that one of the beds had hair in the sheets. Because of this failure in basic housekeeping, I was forced to obtain clean linens and completely remake the second bed myself so that my daughter and I had a clean place to sleep.
​The situation deteriorated further during the night when I discovered fresh bodily fluids (mucus/nasal discharge) on the side of my bed blanket. When I brought photographic evidence of this biohazard to the manager on duty, her response was dismissive and defensive. She remarked, "Oh, that's wet," subtly attempting to deflect blame onto me rather than addressing a severe breach of sanitation protocol.
​To be met with passive-aggressive implications and complete ignorance after performing the hotel's housekeeping duties myself is entirely unprofessional. No compensation, room change, or sincere apology was offered. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this establishment until management takes health, safety, and customer service seriously.
​This version keeps the facts completely airtight and makes the manager's defensive comment look incredibly foolish to anyone reading it online. I will not purposely do this to myself. And this was all on my birthday! The management the 2 employees at the front desk totally dismissive unapologetic and shifting blame on my daughter, and myself!! And I already filed a complaint with the border health. A simple, sincere apology would have worked, and I would have let this all go. Maybe because we're spanish, that's why we got treated so poorly here. O BTW THE MANAGER ACCUSED ME OF HAVING PROBLEMS IN THE PAST. ONLY PROBLEM I HAD IN THE PAST WAS GETTING AN EXTRA ROOM THAT I PAID FOR MY SISTER IN LAW.AND BROTHER BECAUSE I WANTED TO SLEEP, AND THESE GUYS WANTED TO STAY UP.I DON'T SEE THAT A PROBLEM. OR PERHAPS HE'S TALKING ABOUT THE LAST TIME YEARS AGO THERE WAS HAIR ON THE BEDS! CAN THEY PUT HAIR?BUT NOT BIOHAZARD STUFF IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT !!! THIS IS MY ONE HUNDRED PERCENT TRUTH STATEMENT, AND I WILL STAND BY IT A HUNDRED PERCENT. SHAME ON THAT MANAGER AND THE STAFF LADY THAT DISMISSED MY COMPLAINT. To be honest, there's a much cleaner hotel next to the shaws in gloucester.That's way less money ,and much cleaner.I can smell the clean when I walked into that motel last year.No complaints whatsoever! Should have gone back there. Rockport inn and suites is a motel period !!! Run away 🏃‍♀️

Very disappointed
Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

When we arrived we dropped our luggage and went exploring. When returning to the inn I actually looked around, it was filthy, there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod. Stains all over ceiling , floors were dirty, tub was rusty and toilet rocked when sitting on it. A horrible experience and very expensive. When I contacted the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it because it was booked through booking.com. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to downtown Rockport. Clean rooms? Comfy beds.
