סך הכל אחלה מלון שצריך לעבור שיפוץ
Pros:

ספא מעולה מעלה את הרמה של המלון.
חנייה בשפע ומיקום טוב.
שירות טוב, פקיד הערב שלא זוכר את שמו עזר לנו בכל דבר.
נוף יפה מהחדרים.

Cons:

חדרים מיושנים צריכים לעבור שיפוץ.
מלון גם יחסית מיושן חוץ מהספא שמאוד מודרני.
חיסרון שהפריע לי במיוחד ספציפית זה ששומעים מהחדרים ליד הכל והחדרים לא מבודדים.
אין מעלית.

Pros:

Nekünk a szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon tetszett. A reggeli választékos volt, a wellness teljesen jó volt.

Cons:

A vacsora, mivel nem nagy a választék , ezért mi közeli étterembe mentünk ki vacsorázni.
Illetve érkezés napján a fürdőszoba nem volt teljesen kitakarítva.

Buen sitio para descansar.
Pros:

Es un buen hotel con una serie de servicios que lo hacen muy recomendable. Es un hotel con campo del golf, si no me equivoco es un club de golf también. Está en un bonito entorno, rodeado de montañas, y con varias poblaciones cercanas. Tiene un spa y un muy pequeño gimnasio. Es un buen sitio para relajarse y estar tranquilo unos días.

Cons:

Aunque no tiene muchas plantas, no dispone de ascensor, lo que puede ser un poco molesto si vas con maleta o si acabas de salir del spa. Pero es un mal menor.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.
Super Abendessen mit erstklassigen Service.
Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider sieht man dem Hotel seine 20 Jahre in einigen Bereichen an.
Kaputte und lockere Fliesen im Spa Bereich sollten nicht der Standard sein.

un séjour détente très apprécié
Pros:

très bel établissement dans un cadre magnifique. literie confortable . tout est fourni pour le spa (peignoir, serviettes…) qui est un havre de détente. très bon petit déjeuner et dinner

Cons:

à titre de suggestion :
- mettre une paroi au lieu du rideau dans la baignoire
-améliorer le service au restaurant : nous y sommes allés à 19h30 et à 21h15 on nous dit qu il n est pas possible d avoir un café même au bar. les serveurs auraient du venir demander si nous voulions autre chose avant la fermeture de la cuisine et du bar.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. Finally a hotel with a decent car charger.

Cons:

Choice at the breakfast buffet was okay, not much. The shower head wasn’t attached to the wall, you had to keep it in your hand. The airconditioning was on or off, you couldn’t set it to high/low and you couldn’t set the temperature. It also was very noisy.

Pros:

Viešbutį pasirinkome jubiliejinei viešnagei dėl nuostabios vietos ir įspūdingų vaizdų į kalnus. Aplinka tikrai ypatinga, šalia esantys golfo laukai suteikia viešbučiui išskirtinumo. Viešnagė apskritai buvo maloni, o vieta puikiai tinka norintiems mėgautis kalnų grožiu.

Cons:

Vis dėlto iš 4 žvaigždučių viešbučio tikėjomės daugiau dėmesio svečių patogumui. Kambario ir vonios interjeras pasirodė gana paprastas ir ne visai atitiko mūsų lūkesčius tokios kategorijos viešbučiui. Kai kurie dizaino sprendimai, pavyzdžiui, plytų siena kambaryje, mūsų nuomone, nesukūrė tokio jaukumo, kokio tikėjomės. Taip pat nustebino, kad kambaryje ir registratūros zonoje nebuvo geriamojo vandens. Pusryčiai buvo geri, tačiau norėjosi didesnio tradicinių slovakiškų patiekalų pasirinkimo. Registratūros darbuotojos buvo mandagios, tačiau bendravime pasigedome daugiau šilumos, lankstumo ir asmeniškesnio požiūrio į svečius.

Rozczarowanie.
Pros:

Fantastyczna obsluga. Położenie, oraz strefa spa

Cons:

Obiekt jest już wiekowy, zdecydowanie wymaga remontu. Choć powstał na początku lat dwutysięcznych to wystrojem cofamy się w czasie do lat dziewięćdziesiątych. W łazience jest wanna z zasłoną chcąc wziąć prysznic nie dało się korzystać tylko z baterii woda leciała także z kranu, nie było innej opcji. W pokoju stary telewizor bez dostępu do internetu. Łóżko zamiast jednego dużego są połączone dwa w jedno. Mimo, że w hotelu jest zakaz palenia w pokojach to w naszym pokoju było czuć że było palone. Obiekt sam do tego zachęca bo na balkonach są popielniczki. Bardzo słabe było pobranie od nas dodatkowych 20 euro za wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Pierwszy raz się z czymś takim spotkałem. Pierwszego dnia już chcieliśmy odwołać rezerwację. Byliśmy na Słowacji w trzech hotelach każdy w standardzie 4 gwiazdek. Ten zdecydowanie odstawał od reszty. Za oknem od rana przez to że jest to golf club słychać obsługę koszacą trawnik. Kuchnia bardzo dobra. Dania są pyszne. Śniadania dobre każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
