I would’ve enjoyed my stay as Hilton has a good reputation, because of the problems, not pleasant
Pros:

Staff was friendly, lobby attractive

Cons:

Air-conditioning didn’t work coffee maker needed to be unplugged and re-plugged to function TV couldn’t be shut off. Telephone did not work at all.

Very nice hotel. Our stay was comfortable.
Pros:

Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable

Cons:

We couldn't control the thermostat. Our room was a little on the cold side. Housekeeping only made up our bed but didn't change the sheets until we requested they do so.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff who responded quickly and did their best to accommodate our requests. Free parking and convenient access to the riverfront. The room was clean and well maintained. Our high-floor room overlooking the Hudson River had an amazing view — definitely the highlight of our stay!

Cons:

Other than being close to the river, the surrounding area felt somewhat quiet and run-down, with limited amenities and average safety. We recommend staying at the hotel after dark. The AC controls were confusing and we couldn’t adjust the temperature ourselves, but the staff came quickly, patiently explained the issue, and took care of it. Breakfast was $20 per person plus tax and tip. It was okay, but mostly consisted of pre-heated items with limited choices.
