客房空調系統存在顯著問題，且無法有效調節溫度。入住首日發現冷氣過冷，反映後櫃檯表示因屬中央空調，無法調整個別房間溫度，僅能切換為送風模式。然而，切換為送風後室內依然極度寒冷，導致我們必須穿著外套入睡。

次日再次反映，飯店提出的解決方案為「關閉空調、開啟窗戶並使用電風扇」。由於房間位於低樓層且面臨馬路，車流量大、噪音顯著，實務上根本無法開窗，此建議顯然未考量實際住宿環境。此外，服務人員起初對「送風模式下溫度持續下降」一事持懷疑態度，直到要求人員進房測試、親眼確認室溫降至20度後，飯店才改為提供加被服務。遺憾的是，由於棉被保暖度有限，隔日早晨室溫仍降至18度，導致我們被冷醒。

身為連鎖旅店，空調系統的基本調節功能與飯店人員應對問題的實質解決能力，仍有大幅提升與檢討的空間。
