طاقم العمل ممتاز وتعاملهم رائع وتيم الانيميشن تحفه ومتعاونين والمكان جميل وهادي
Viemos para este Resort porque queríamos mergulhar. O recife em frente ao Resort é fenomenal! Diria que os funcionários são excelentes, sempre muito simpáticos. A localização é muito boa, seja pelo recife de coral ou pela zona onde se encontra, perto de outros locais para mergulhar fantásticos. Por fim, o ambiente do Resort é muito bom, com muita animação dos funcionários e, mesmo os restantes hospedeiros, muitos que voltam ano após ano, são muito acolhedores.
A diversidade de comida está muito em falta, mas os restantes serviços do hotel superam este pequeno defeito.

our stay at the hotel was truly a wonderful experience in every sense. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, creating a perfect environment for relaxation from the very first moment. The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and professional, always welcoming guests with warm smiles that make you feel genuinely valued.
The room design is beautiful, combining elegance and simplicity in a way that brings comfort and tranquility.
The restaurant is well organized, and the quality of the food is very good. However, the dessert selection could use a bit more variety
The hotel’s beach is sandy and clean, with easy and safe access for swimming, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would gladly repeat.
It's very poor hotel if you try it you will losed you're money and your holiday without any vacation also the staff it's very poor All the hotel staff lack tourist service skills; most are unfriendly and unqualified to work in the tourism industry, and the restaurant's system and cleanliness are completely inadequate.realy it's very bad staff security in the hotel like mafia asked for the money all the time the food is very bad also the same item every day on breakfast and lunch and dinner
Finally the bar is dirty things all the time
I had a very unpleasant experience with this employee Mohammed Abd Elbaset. He put me in uncomfortable situations several times, whenever I was at the beach, he kept staring at me, constantly tried to force programs on me, and even asked for my phone number because he wanted to take me on a date. I refused him multiple times, yet he still wouldn’t leave me alone. I recommend everyone to avoid him because of him, I couldn’t enjoy my holiday as much.
However, thanks to the Animation Team for the good experiences. They were very kind and helpful, especially Sheko, Mark, Meg, and Asmaa. I’m very grateful to them for the good memories and for making my holiday better.
Resort looks OK. But the extremly loud music around the pool area spoils the holiday. You can here the stupid music everuwhere in the resort.
We had a very nice time at the hotel. The hotel manager Ibrahim was very kind and helpful such as Emad the diving center mgr. Also the animation team and staff were so kind too. We do recommand this place!
Location,rooms were nice
Staff is not welcoming ,very aggressive and upset .Failed to coordinate surprise birthday to my friend. However I asked for this before arrival !shortage staff as well.Food is not that good but enough to keep u alive.hotel put sign that they are responsible about swimmer’s however it’s open sea and one day lifebuoy was broken and they change it middle of day however a lot of kids were around

Mi experiencia en Nubian Resort fue pésima y no lo recomiendo a nadie. El servicio en el bar frente a la playa fue lo peor: el camarero fue grosero y desagradable, como si estuviera haciendo un favor en lugar de atender a los huéspedes.
Las instalaciones están limpias, pero eso no compensa la mala gestión ni la sensación de que solo quieren sacarte propinas a toda costa. Además, te cobran cargos adicionales absurdos, como un extra por pagar con tarjeta, lo cual me parece un abuso.
El restaurante es repetitivo hasta el aburrimiento, casi nunca cambian la comida, y los snacks son de pésima calidad. Todo esto deja claro que el hotel funciona más como un chanchullo que como un verdadero resort.
La ubicación es otro desastre: está completamente aislado, sin nada alrededor. No hay supermercados ni opciones cerca, y cada vez que quieres salir te toca pagar unos 30 € de taxi, lo que hace la estancia todavía más frustrante y cara
En definitiva: mala atención, comida mediocre, cobros extra y un ambiente donde solo buscan sacarte dinero. ¡Una total decepción!

The dinner was good and i had the chance to meet very lovely people
The sea was very rocky it had so many rocks and corals i couldn't enjoy it at all i even got two stones in my feet had to surgicaly remove them the breakfast was not the good the crew was not super friendly i didn't like the way they treated me
Spiaggia privata con lettini e passerella per fare il bagno. Camere spaziose.
Cibo discretamente buono
Wifi utilizzabile solo nella reception e una qualità del segnale scadente.
Bar poco forniti: quello davanti alla reception aveva poche bibite, quello a bordo piscina solo 3 e il bar in spiaggia era fuori uso. Chiedere un cocktail era impossibile.
Dalle foto è mostrata una palestra ma gli attrezzi sono tutti arrugginiti.
In generale la struttura è poco curata.
L'addetto alla reception quando chiedevamo qualcosa ci diceva di attendere e poi non ci chiamava mai per darci aggiornamenti: se non andavamo noi a chiedere non diceva nulla.
Insomma ci sono resort con servizi decisamente migliori
The diving and snorkeling location is superb. We saw rare fish; Stingrays, Turtle, Lion fish, Baracuda. The sea is very clear and the corals are very well reserved.
The food is very tasty especially at dinner.
The design of the hotel is nubian, very unique domes and it has spectacular sound reflection.
The water supply gets cut off and i needed to call the reception twice to ask for water to return to my room.
The place needs better maintenance and management stuff. Not as professional and definitely not convenient to pay such amount for the service received. The location is great, the room was very good in size. Food’s quality and options are so weak, as well the professionalism with stuff is dissatisfying
