Our first time at Melissi Beach and it was amazing.

Staff: The entertainment staff were superb especially Gosia, Vale, Enrico and Assia. Our children had so much fun with them and so did we. I was worried our 10 year old wouldn't have much to do but the entertainers had both our children playing darts, volleyball and crafts and she quickly made friends. Assia even took our youngest to the beach to make sandcastles. The bartenders Nikos, Christos and Mohammed were very friendly, teaching me new bits of Greek every time I went up. Sotos at the main bar was lovely and made me his refreshing sotos cocktail! The lifeguards were very attentive and also friendly. The Ukranian lady singer on Tuesdays was fantastic and well worth a watch!

It was my husband's 40th birthday out there and Reception were helpful organising wine and fruit to the room, a lovely birthday cake and the staff singing happy birthday at lunch (much to his embarrassment).

Food: Food was superb. Lots of fresh fruit, excellent salads, meats and cheeses, perfectly cooked meats or fish. There was always pizzas, chips and pasta. I especially liked Mexican night with chilli and tacos and shakshuka for breakfast every morning! Restaurant staff couldn't be more helpful especially for those with dietary needs.

Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless. The cleaning staff work very tirelessly.

Pools: The pools were the best I've experienced. Lovely temperature and a cooler one if you need.

Sea: The sea is so warm and very clear!

Location: Location of the hotel is perfect. Shops just down the road with most things you would need. The sea view from our hotel room was gorgeous!

Sun loungers: We didn't have an issue with sun loungers. We managed to get some both times when we came back from a boat trip or the beach.

Overall excellent hotel and very glad we stayed there. Thank you Melissi and all your staff!

Excellent Family Holiday – Exceptional Service and a Warm Atmosphere!We recently returned from an amazing two-week stay at the Melissi Beach Hotel as a family of three (two adults and our 9-year-old child), and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the hotel wrapped us in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, delivering excellent service and genuine hospitality throughout our entire holiday.Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room service and housekeeping were absolutely flawless. Our cleaner, Margarita, did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and fresh every day—her attention to detail and lovely personality really stood out.The dining experience was another major highlight. The food was consistently great, offering a wonderful variety of delicious options. A huge thank you to the entire restaurant team, who worked tirelessly to provide top-notch service with a smile at every single meal.We also spent some highly relaxing time at the hotel spa. The service there is amazing, and we want to give a special mention to Maria, the spa manager. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and ensured our spa experiences were absolutely perfect.Entertainment is a big part of a two-week stay, and the Pink Wave entertainment team kept us smiling the whole time. They are full of energy and great with kids. Special shout-outs go to Gosia and Vali, who made our 9-year-old’s holiday unforgettable with their warmth and fantastic activities.Thank you, Melissi Beach Hotel, for a wonderful family holiday. Well, all I can say is that this hotel is absolutely fabulous and very well worth the 4-star rating. A stunning beachfront location and within 10-15 minutes walk from Ayia Napa strip.
All the hotel staff were very courteous and a special mention must go to Sotos, the hotel bar manager, who along with his usual very welcoming manner, kindly produced a cocktail for the 6 of us from a bottle of Prosecco given to a family member's birthday.
This was my 4th visit to Cyprus and the most memorable one too. The Magic Dancing Waters show, the Stardust show and the boat trips are highly recommended.

Good and peaceful location, safe atmosphere, clean and fresh renovated rooms.

We stayed at Melissi beach for the first time for 10 nights in August. From arriving early hours in the morning we were greeted by friendly staff who took our bags to our room and we had sandwiches yoghurts water wine and a fruit platter waiting for us, a lovely touch. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and sea/beach. The pools never felt crowded and we always got a sunbed when staying in the hotel. The pool bar was great with friendly staff always smiling. Life guards also friendly and joking with the children. Special mention to Gosia and Valle who were great during daytime activities, lots of fun and took their time getting to know the kids!
The dining room staff also exceptional and always making sure everywhere is clean. The ladies at breakfast cooking eggs and waffles and pancakes always had a smile and gave out lollies and chocolate to the kids. The food was probably the best buffet we have ever had at a hotel abroad. Spoilt for choice at breakfast and evening meal was also amazing. Great theme nights with lots of variety. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a perfect location right on the beach with easy access to explore local areas like protaras, nissi beach and aiya napa. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We last stayed at Melissi Beach Hotel in 2024, and returning this year as a family of eight has been an even better experience. The hotel continues to improve in every area.

Irini at reception deserves special praise. She helped us upgrade from half board to all inclusive, and her professionalism, kindness, and clear explanations made the whole process effortless. Thanks to her guidance, we chose the upgrade — and it has been absolutely fantastic. She is a real credit to the hotel.

The food is exceptional. Head Chef George is always present, keeping an eye on everything and ensuring the quality remains consistently high. The variety is unbelievable, and every meal has been a pleasure.
Andreas and all the waiting staff work incredibly hard and deliver faultless service throughout the day.

The bar and pool bar are another highlight. Sotos, the head barman, is absolutely top‑drawer — welcoming, attentive, and clearly a brilliant leader. His team, including Nikos, Irini, Christos, and Pradip, follow his example perfectly. They are friendly, hardworking, and make every visit to the bar a pleasure. Their teamwork and attitude genuinely elevate the whole experience.

We still have seven more days to enjoy everything, and we are already looking forward to the rest of our stay.

Melissi Beach Hotel continues to impress, and we are delighted to be back. Highly recommended.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! We were initially hesitant to chose an ‘all-inclusive’ hotel, but there was no need to be concerned. We upgraded to half-board and drinks package at check in and would highly recommend. The food (buffet) was outstanding and drinks throughout the day and night were high quality. The separate apartment area was less than a 2 min walk from all the hotel facilities and a great option for larger groups, Would definitely return and recommend.

We had an excellent stay at the Melissi Beach Hotel. Its in an excellent location — right on the sandy beach and around a 10-minute walk into Ayia Napa, which we did nughtly.

Great variety of food the quality was excellent, especially the salads. The best cocktails was Long Island (so strong)
The pool and the golden sand beach were excellent. We did red bus village tour, which was very interesting . We throughly enjoyed our stay

I stayed at the Melissi Beach Hotel& Spa with my Family for 11 nights. It was beautiful and a top beachfront hotel. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel which always had a wide selection of food for everyone and went out into the town for dinner which is a close walk to all the stunning restaurants. I didn't have one bad meal.
The animation team were fantastic massive shout out to Valentina who was very friendly and led aqua gym most days and kept all ages entertained throughout the day she was unbelievable and made the holiday special, there was also water polo every day for all ages and darts.
Also, another shoutout is to gosia who was also a fantastic member of the animation team who was always smiling and getting people involved. I have been coming to Cyprus for 7 years and hopefully will be many more and all I can say is the most beautiful island in the world.

AThe holiday reps were fun. From playing table tennis, Boccia, darts and more with Goshia and Val to playing water polo with Enrico. The food was lovely so credit to the chefs aswell. The hotel was brilliant. The pool was big perfect. The snack bar for when your Half board offered food that was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant inside it was very clean and the rooms were to. To get to the hotel we arrived on a mini bus through TUI from larnaca airport it was about 40 minutes long.

Your team does an excellent job. I would like to start with the reception — Mersina and Katarina are exactly the kind of receptionists a guest hopes to meet upon arriving at a hotel: smiling, kind, friendly, helpful, and always willing to offer advice or assistance.
The same applies to Maria from the adults-only pool bar. She made our holiday even more enjoyable with her pleasant manner, excellent communication skills, and politeness.
I would also like to mention all the other members of your team whose names I unfortunately do not know — from the lovely waiters and waitresses to the chefs and everyone else working behind the scenes. They all do an excellent job, and you can truly be proud of them.
Thanks to these wonderful people, I will remember our holiday at Melissi as one of the best holidays we have ever had. We will certainly want to return to your hotel as a family sometime in the future.

Rooms: Spacious and clean. We had a land-view room, so naturally there was some traffic noise from the road, but we still slept well.
Food: A really wide selection of dishes, salads, and desserts. Every day there is a different themed cuisine for a dinner, such as Mexican, Italian, Cypriot, etc. The waiters are always happy to bring drinks and do so promptly.
Pools: The hotel pool is well laid out, but we spent most of our time at the adults-only pool (16+), which was excellent. It was quiet, there were comfortable sun loungers, and the bar was conveniently located nearby.
Sea: Absolutely beautiful and crystal clear, with no rocks, just fine sand. The hotel also has its own private beach with sun loungers. Below it, there is a public beach where an umbrella and two sun loungers cost €10.
Surroundings: Although the hotel is located almost at the end of the promenade in Ayia Napa, it is only about a 15-minute walk to the town centre. Love Bridge is also just a 15-minute walk away.
Overall: Staying at Melissi Hotel offers an excellent value for money.

Atmosphere all round enjoyable and friendly from all staff.
Superior room with pool view and sea view, very modern and clean. Cleaners did a great job everyday.
Worth every penny we paid.
Food was 5 stars 🌟 every night and theme nights was fantastic with great choice and drinks.
Pool area was lovely all round and clean with plenty of sunbeds and no hassle too get one. Food at pool bar was just as good as restaurant style.
Entertainment good and mini club entertained our daughter every day thanks too Assia, Valentina, Enriko, Aylena and Goisa.
We would definitely return to the melissi Beach again in the future 100%. Thank you.

we spent 10 days at this hotel and can honestly say we could not fault it, from
start to finish. the staff are friendly, the hotel is so clean, and the food is fantastic. My wife can be fussy with food and she found it brilliant.

cocktails are great, Sotos makes great cocktails and is always happy and smiling.

The beach that leads on from the hotel is lovely, golden sands and clear water, plenty to do outside the hotel, a short walk down to the shops and bars!

i’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that are nowhere near as good as melissi beach.

it was our first holiday in cyprus and we have fallen in love with it,

we will 100% be returning in the not so distant future
