Melissi Beach Hotel & Spa

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for families with children and babies.

One of the things we appreciated most was how child-friendly the hotel is, especially the restaurant and kitchen. Traveling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, but here we felt very comfortable and welcome. The staff are understanding and helpful, and the whole atmosphere makes it easy to enjoy your holiday as a family.

The entertainment team is also great — very friendly, funny, energetic, and always trying to create a good atmosphere. We enjoyed the evening activities, although we think the entertainment program could be even better with a little more action, energy, and variety in some parts of the evening. The team has great potential, and adding more interactive activities, music, dancing, or energetic moments would make the evenings even more exciting.

A special highlight was definitely the pool party. We really loved the DJ set, the music, and the whole atmosphere around the pool. It gives the hotel a younger, more modern energy, which we think is really important. Even when you are traveling as a family, it is nice to have something that feels fresh, fun, and made for younger adults too. We would actually love to see even more events like the pool party, as it was one of the most enjoyable parts of our stay.

Overall, the hotel has a very nice balance between being comfortable and child-friendly for families while still offering fun and entertainment for adults and younger guests. With a little more action added to the entertainment program, it could be even better. We really enjoyed our stay!

We have just got home from a wonderful 12 day holiday with our family and I can honestly say this was the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed at.
The sotos bar staff have been wonderful and friendly, always smiling and welcoming.
The entertainment team especially Gosia always made us feel welcome, had a chat with us and full of happiness.
As a family that normally venture out in an evening for meals, we didn’t do that here because the food was so amazing.
We will 100% be staying at this hotel again.

We have just returned from an amazing 10 nights’ stay at the Melissi Beach hotel. We stayed in the Executive Sea View rooms both with hot tubs and one having a very large balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel and pool area was immaculate and every morning we were greeted by the friendly and cheerful cleaners who would often clean our rooms quite late on in the day, replenish our water and bring us a sweet treat in the evening. Food and facilities were good and the pool entertainment team (Pink wave) made our stay extra special. A particular mention goes out to Gosia and Vale who made our stay most enjoyable by keeping us entertained and fit at Aqua gym and Pilates. They were so friendly and warm to chat to - the perfect hosts and we are missing dancing with them to Kuku Move now that we are home.

Came for 11 days and booked through Tui and we're leaving tonight. The rooms are fine but it is really the location, the staff and the downstairs area of the hotel that is just fantastic. Literally right on a beautiful beach, with a boardwalk from pool area to sea.
The pool is just blissful and the bar area perfect. You can choose to either have sunbeds or cabanas in the sun or sit under the shade of the bar.
All bars at the hotel are perfect places to sit and the evening bar and seating area is just lovely. The staff can really not do enough for you and have made myself and family ( consists of 4 adults, a 9 Yr old, 7yr old and 3 month old baby) extremely welcome, big shout out to Sotos and his colleagues. The entertainment staff are fun and friendly, and the singers classy and good, but the hotel is so good to just chill.
Lastly, the food is just the best I have experienced. All meals prepared with pride and what feels like love. We were all inclusive and were so impressed with the drinks and the food we didn't even try the speciality dining or bother straying to much in the evening.

I’m currently staying at this hotel and I’m having such a lovely experience. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which has made our holiday even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to the bartender, Sotos, who has been amazing. He’s made me several special drinks that aren’t even on the menu, and every single one has been delicious! I completely forgot to take photos because I was too busy enjoying them.

The service here has been fantastic, and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent staff and great service!

2nd stay at Melissi, fantastic hotel, perfect location, brilliant beach.
Walk from the hotel to the beautiful beach is 2 minutes.
Walk into Napa centre 15 mins or 10 if you walk down the beach to the harbour.
Bus stops directly outside the hotel and are easy and cheap to use.
The bar staff ( Sotos and Nikos ) are fantastic and their drinks are perfect.
Would highly recommend this hotel, and will be coming back

Such a wonderful holiday
The staff work so hard to make sure everything is kept clean and tidy. Cleanest pool area I’ve ever experienced. The food is plentiful and so many different options .
Bar at night is our favourite as Sotos looks after us and is a friendly face behind the bar. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
The hotel is located a short walk from the main part of Ayia Napa which we enjoyed a few walks to. We also enjoyed the beach being right on our doorstep and so much to see and do there each day . It’s a hotel I would 100% come back to . We were in the garden apartment which was a short walk from the main hotel

We’ve been holidaying all over Cyprus for many years, and without any doubt, Melissi Beach is the best hotel we’ve stayed in.

The food is exceptional, with an incredible variety and consistently high quality at every meal ( even my very fussy kids enjoyed the freshly made pizza). The staff are outstanding and genuinely can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional.

The hotel itself is immaculate. Everywhere is kept spotlessly clean, including what must be the cleanest hotel toilets we’ve ever come across! The attention to detail is obvious throughout the whole resort.

The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach, making it the perfect place to relax.

We also had a very stressful experience on the day we were leaving after missing our transfer bus. We were worried we wouldn’t make our flight, but the reception staff were absolutely superb. They immediately understood our concern, quickly arranged a taxi for us, reassured us throughout, and thanks to their help we made our flight with very little time to spare. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when we really needed it.

We are not the biggest fans if Ayia Napa however, We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Melissi Beach has set the standard for us, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. A truly outstanding hotel that deserves every one of its five stars.

It‘s my 2nd trip to Melissi Beach and this resort is in my opinion perfect: The rooms are clean, the crew is soo friendly and the meals and drinks are excellent. In the annex you can see a foto of the mocktail "Sotos" from the main bartender himself. You should try it instantly when you take a trip to Ayia Napa.

Hi all, going home tomorrow but just wanted to let you all know the highlights of our stay. Firstly the staff are wonderful and attentive. We’ve done a few all ins on our travels but the Melissi surpassed our expectations with the food. The buffet was excellent, we did read before our trip” expect to put on weight” how true! Big shout out to Sotos and Mo behind the bar excellent service. Where not the type that revisits hotels but this one comes close.

We had a wonderful stay at Melissi Beach Hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with children. The hotel is excellent, with spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms.

The service was outstanding throughout our stay, and the food was among the best we have experienced at a hotel, with plenty of variety and great quality.

The staff and management were always friendly, professional, and available to answer any questions or resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. They truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose Melissi Beach Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayia Napa.
