Очень понравилось что много бассейнов,сам отель чистый,пляж шикарный песчаный.
Pros:

Первое, что отмечу персонал.Действительно приветливые,любезные.Если можно то и 10 им поставила бы.Чистая территория.

Cons:

Уборка ужасная.Так кровати заправила и всё.Зеркала не протирались,влажной уборки я не ощущала.За семь дней,балкон подмели один раз.Приходят убирать в 13:30 номер.Два раза мы естественно отказывались, так как мы только пришли с пляжа немного отдохнуть.

Много приятно преживяване
Pros:

Външната територия, плажа, басейните, персонала бяха страхотни.Цялостното преживяване беше фантастично и ни остави чудесни спомени и желанието да се върнем отново.

Everything is perfect, except for the red wine served in the restaurant — it is absolutely disgusting. Cyprus has many wineries with great and not expensive wines, but unfortunately, you chose one of the worst.

Τι να πω, ολα τελεια. Απο την χαμογελαστη ευγενεστατη κοπελλα στο reception, το εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο στο εστιατοριο, η κοπελιτσα απο το νεπαλ για το δωματιο, τελος και καλυτερο, το προσωπικο του pool bar, εξυπηρετικοι ευγενεστατοι , τι να πω αλλο. Εχω παει σε πολλα ξενοδοχεια στην Κυπρο αλλα την ευγενεια, την εξυπηρετηση, την θετικη ενεργεια που σου χαριζει το προσωπικο αυτου του ξενοδοχειου δεν την βρηκα πουθενα. Και ειμαι και ιδιοτροπη στις κρατησεις μου. Σιγουρα θα ξανα παω.

Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were very good. A very large selection of varied dishes that can satisfy even the most discerning guests. The location is very good, a beautiful beach is located right in front of the hotel, you can combine a wonderful pool with the pleasure of swimming in the beautiful sea, very close to the city and to such attractions as sea caves and blue lagoon.

Cons:

Oh, I basically liked everything very much, but if you were a really greedy and spoiled guest, then maybe a shop on the hotel grounds could be a nice addition.

SIMPLY THE BEST
Pros:

Melissi Beach Hotel & Spa is simply AMAZING!!!. We stayed in one apartment next to the Hotel. Had a large pool and kids one just in front of our lounge. It's cozy and quiet. Recommed it for families with toddlers. Food is great and very diverse, Every day a different theme for cooking: asian day, greek day and so on. Very clean: hotel, lobby, restaurants, pools. Can't review the Spa as we have not used that. Staff is friendly and polite. But let me tell you why we were so charmed by this hotel which we will always use for vacations in Cyprus: our son is just over 3 years old and has severe alergies to a lot of foods: milk, fruits with seed (that means berries, citrus fruits) a lot of fruits, fish , beef, nuts... We booked the stay with half board. All meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) are served in the traditional buffet meals style, so that means you can chose to eat whatever you want. For our son is difficult sometimes to find something he can eat, although your can choose from 10-15 meals. We addressed his health issue to the CHEF who was kind enough to cook for him separte (no extra charge) whenever we couldn't find someting to suit his healt from the meals prepared as standard for all guests. It totally touched our hearts. So special thanks to the CHEF (mr. GEORGE) and HIS TEAM for making our stay more pleasant. WIll be back soon!

The hotel is in a perfect location right on the beachfront, with easy access to the sea and nearby attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and have large balconies with beautiful views. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel offers several large swimming pools, and the entire outdoor area is very well designed and maintained. The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely visit again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Cons:

Everything was great during my stay. The only small point for improvement would be to pay a little more attention to cleaning under the beds, as I noticed a couple of items that seemed to have been left by previous guests. Other than that, the hotel was excellent in every aspect.

One to return to in the future
Pros:

Location was perfect. Able to walk to good restaurants nearby without getting involved in the busteling Aya Napp town centre. Breakfast options were fantastic.

Cons:

Entering the sea over stones was not as good as other areas, but ok.
