Friendly & efficient staff. Clean & tidy room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast choices.
We have stayed here 3 times now as a stop over for Gatwick airport. The first time everything was great, but since then the service and food has been terrible. This last visit the food was inedible. We won’t be going back

Das Badezimmer ist sehr veraltet.
Für große Menschen ist die Dusche zu klein,der Duschkopf ist zu niedrig .
It was located close to the event we were attending.
Had loads of parking.
Although outwardly looked very nice, inside is dated and could do with some tlc.
The room we had was comfortable and clean but you unfortunately you could hear noise from the road.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable - and a lovely hot shower after travelling for 20+ hours from Australia!

Our room was on the small side but adequate.
It was very warm tho we had a fan which was of great benefit.
The toilet flush wasn't working on arrival to the room.
We reported it & it was sorted, however it was a recurring issue as it kept sticking.
On our first morning the shower wouldn't work which was disappointing. We reported it & the girl on reception said she would report it & asked if we were in a hurry out which we were. We said we had used the sink & would take a full shower once back again. There was talk of moving rooms but they were fully booked. The shower was fixed when we arrived back late afternoon. However on the Sun morning it again did not work & again we reported it & again the man on reception talked about moving us. It was fixed but we weren't offered to move rooms. Seems the shower needed reset each time. The toilet had an awkward flush fitting which stuck a lot and will recur until fitting is replaced. We are not awkward people nor complainers but there obviously are/were problems with this room.
On checking out we explained to the girl on reception how it was, we had enjoyed our stay but undortunately these 2 things were not satisfactory at all. On presentation of charged items to our room she said she could deduct the 2 coffees & we need only pay for 2 breakfasts from previous morning. However I suggested it would be a goodwill gesture to not charge us for the breakfast either, to which she agreed. We thanked her very much.

Sooo quiet! Lacked a bit of atmosphere.
Comfortable accommodation. Nice large bed with soft pillows. Well-stocked tea and coffee tray. Lovely old photos of Reigate on the walls around the hotel
Decor is rather dated, especially in the bathroom (awful tiles!). 25-30 min walk from town centre on top of a hill. Buffet hot breakfast meant much of the food was dried out and lukewarm. Restaurant food average with a limited menu and not cheap.
Amazing location
Easy location from motorway but relatively quiet, plenty of parking. Generally high standards throughout and clean and comfortable. Very good staff at reception
Bath needed a little TLC eg tap loose but otherwise really clean and tidy
