Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, café da manhã excelente, o quarto era bastante aconchegante, com detalhes em cor marrom com abajur, vista do alto para as águas do canal Beagle, alem de bem espaçoso. Gostei muito!

Cons:

Gostaria de sugerir que o box do banheiro fosse totalmente fechado, pois ao tomar banho, ficava derramando água no chão.

Pros:

La vista panorámica, la sala de estar muy acogedora. No está cerca del centro turístico pero está a 5min en taxi, es una zona tranquila y uno se siente como en casa. Definitivamente volvería!!! :)

Razoavel, faltou flexibilidade e compreensao
Pros:

Tivemos um atraso no voo e perdemos 2 dias da viagem, nos ofereceram late checkout e isso foi bom. Porem acredito que poderiam ter tido a boa vontade de reembolsar o valor dos dias perdidos pois foi por causa de uma greve nacional da aviação e certamente haveria hospedes na cidade que também nao puderam seguir viagem

Localização também não tao proxima a pé da rua principal, porem de carro é tranquilo.

Acogedor y tranquilo
Pros:

Me encantó su vista y su diseño, muy acogedor. Ofrecen servicio de restaurante, el personal es muy amable. La habitación amplia, limpia y muy cómoda. La sala que tienen es muy linda, ideal para leer en dias de lluvia. Definitivamente volvería porque me sentí muy a gusto 🙂.

Cons:

Está un poco alejada de la zona turística pero como tomaba tours todos los dias, me recogían del hotel y me dejaban en zona turística. Además, si tomaba un taxi el costo era bastante accesible para ir a zona turística, llegaba en 5 minutos.

Pros:

Esta limpio. Es grande y con lindo parque. Nos permitieron ingresar antes del horario y nos permitieron utilizar las instalaciones luego de dejar la habitación.

Cons:

No tenía wifi en la habitación. Las instalaciones le falta un poco de modernidad quedo como se inauguró.. tiene prestaciones de un dos estrellas, aunque diga que es cuatro.. los televisores solo tienen cable porque no son smart.
