Pros:

Por ser no ponto mais alto da cidade se ver a neve com mais facilidade.

Cons:

Estrutura muito antiga. Aquecimento do quarto não funciona, chuveiro demora muito para esquentar e quando esquenta a água fica morna.
Café da manhã pouquíssimas opções, tipo café de preguiçoso.
Pelo valor que se cobra eu ficaria no centro da cidade tendo opções bem melhores e mais modernas.

Pros:

A estadia foi muito confortável. O quarto era limpo diariamente, os funcionários eram simpáticos e a vista da localização do hotel era incrível. Hotel muito grande e aconchegante com sofás na recepção, área do restaurante muito ampla e aquecimento adequado.

Cons:

A localização é relativamente afastada do centro levando em consideração as subidas e descidas pra chegar a pé. Por se tratar de um hotel antigo, não haviam tomadas perto das camas e nem controle da tv e o sinal de Wi-Fi não chegava no quarto sendo necessário ir até a recepção para usar a internet.

O hotel fica a 1 km de centro, uns 20 minutos a pé. O hotel em geral é lindo. A comida feita na hora é gostosa, mas o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Nãos gostamos

O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, os sucos são artificiais (tal vez suco em pó), em relação aos ovos, eles estavam frios, não tinha como esquentar (cozidos). Realmente não gostei do café da manhã!

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, café da manhã excelente, o quarto era bastante aconchegante, com detalhes em cor marrom com abajur, vista do alto para as águas do canal Beagle, alem de bem espaçoso. Gostei muito!

Cons:

Gostaria de sugerir que o box do banheiro fosse totalmente fechado, pois ao tomar banho, ficava derramando água no chão.
