The staff members are incredibly courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their helpful attitude really made a difference during the stay.

​The breakfast is outstanding: there is a great variety and plenty of options every day, with interesting rotating choices for both sweet and savory lovers.

Cons:

While rated as a 4-star hotel, it feels more like a classic, older-style property. The furniture and overall decor are dated and in need of proper maintenance and refreshing.

​The room was on the smaller side and could benefit from deeper cleaning, as there were some dust and cobwebs. And the bathroom needs attention as well—there was noticeable limescale buildup, a persistent faint odor, and an open shower design that unfortunately floods the entire bathroom floor during use.

Super hotel pro poznání města, výborné snídaně
Pros:

Přiletěli jsme hodně unavení, takže jsem ocenili jak rychlý a profesionální byl check-in. Pokoj klidný, čistý, klimatizace tak nějak akorát a vše pěšky - všechny památky i restaurace, muzea, nákupy i třeba místo srazu na výlet do Kosovo, opravdu vše:-) Snídaně zcela fantastické, výborná vajíčka na objednávku, úžasný výběr ovoce, zeleniny, sýrů, salámů, koláčků - opravdu luxus. Moc jsme si Skopje užili, byl to báječný víkend.

Pros:

Hezký hotel hned v centru, velký pokoj, dobrá snídaně. Možnost zaparkovat, i když je potřeba dát kličky od auta personálu, protože auta se na mini parkovišti stále přeskládávají:-) Moc vstřícný personál.

Soggiorno confortevole, struttura consigliata.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, centralissima.
Vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni e anche vicina ad un centro per poter cambiare i soldi cosa molto comoda.
La colazione era di ottima qualità, varia e lo staff che la gestisce era eccezionale.
Abbiamo pranzato anche diverse volte in hotel e siamo rimasti molto contenti.
La camera era pulita e dotata di ogni comfort.
Tutto lo staff è di una disponibilità eccezionale, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza.
Il rapporto qualita-prezzo è ottimo.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato la SPA gia dall’Italia, il costo sarebbe di 25€ per persona ma non abbiamo usufruito del servizio perché era tutto freddo e poco organizzato e la piscina è molto piu piccola di quello che si vede jn foto.
L’unica pecca è stata questa.
Ovviamente non ci hanno fatto pagare il servizio.

Super séjour dans un hôtel au personnel aux petits soins.
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés tard et pourtant la personne à l'accueil était présente pour nous accueillir avec le sourire. On nous a même surclassé. La chambre était un peu petite mais confortable et classe. Un mini-frigo était présent ainsi qu'une bouilloire. Nous avons pu brièvement laisser notre voiture dans le patio le temps d'aller récupérer nos affaires. Le personnel était vraiment très aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, abondant et goûtu. L'hôtel était calme et bien placé.

Cons:

Il y avait beaucoup de boutons différents pour les lumières qui rend difficile à comprendre ce qui correspond à quoi et certains ne fonctionnaient pas.

Un hotel accogliente, pulitissimo, in una posizione strategica per tutto. Il personale è accogliente, sempre presente e pronto ad aiutarti per ogni esigenza. La colazione è eccezionale, completa di tutto, dolce, salato, frutta, frutta secca, ecc. È presente una piscina all' interno che in questi giorni di grande caldo è stata un ristoro, c' è anche una palestra. Per le famiglie è l' ideale. Tornerei con certezza. Grazie di tutto

Posizione eccellente, a 2 minuti a piedi da Macedonia Square. Staff molto premuroso, sono arrivato in struttura alla una di notte, check in rapido. Stanza pulita, bello l'armadio a vista con parete di vetro. Colazione ottima, con possibilità di scelta sia dolce che salata.

Cons:

Parcheggio non semplicissimo, ma la zona è centralissima

Pros:

De locatie vlakbij het plein, de Stenen Brug en Oude Stad.
Het was een mooi ingericht hotel met (moderne) kunst en een fijne SPA.
Het ontbijt was ook erg goed en je kunt er ook heerlijk dineren met een goede wijn. Het personeel is ook heel vriendelijk en benaderbaar. De kamer was ruim een modern met (gevulde)minibar, ruime badkamer een ruimte om je kleding op te hangen.

Cons:

Als ik dan iets mag noemen dan de hoofdkussens op het bed. Die waren écht te hoog. Gelukkig kregen we betere.
