Pessimo servizio di accoglienza, richiesto pagamento direttamente all'ospite.

Ho prenotato per un ospite, per cui avrebbe dovuto pagare direttamente la mia organizzazione (avevo anche specificato che mi serviva fattura). Sono passato alle 20 per tale incombenza (mezz'ora dopo l'arrivo dell'ospite che sarebbe ripartito il giorno successivo) e mi è stato comunicato che avevano chiesto il pagamento direttamente all'ospite (che ovviamente aveva provveduto). Quando ho fatto presente che avevano pure la carta di credito in garanzia e che si poteva capire dal momento che si era presentato un soggetto diverso da chi aveva prenotato, la frontista mi ha spiegato che "Il pagamento è la seconda cosa che chiedono dopo il nome".

L'hotel a rempli globalement, de nous héberger, mais le personnel était sympa.
Pros:

Le matelas du lit était plus petit que le bois du lit.
Il fallait clquer la porte de la chambre pour la fermer.

Cons:

Panne de l'ascenseur lors de l'arrivée,
Accès au garage difficile, et pour le sortie piéton le passge était très sale (toiles d'araignés, vieux papiers, ...)
Pendant la soirée, nous avons été dérangés deux fois par diverses personnes.

Odore degli scarichi. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Pulizia della camera. Doccia rotta. Chiave di accesso alla camera rotta. Ascensore fuori servizio.

Emplacement parfait. Chambre propre

Cons:

J ai réservé 2 chambres. Dont une suite au dernier étages avec accès extérieur pas propre car beaucoup de pigeons, donne pas envie de sortir sur la terrasse. Une réceptionniste a pris la liberté de faire payer la chambre que j avais réservé a mes amis sans me consulter. La même personne nous a enfermé a l intérieur durante son absence de la réception?
