Pros:

Otel personeli çok ilgili, yardımsever di. Bizi çok güzel ağırladılar ve tatilimizin güzel geçmesinde katkıda bulundular. Tekrar İstanbula gelince mutlaka yine Hanedan Hotel' de kalıcam

Good stay. The breakfast was good too.

Великолепный Стамбул
Pros:

Идеальное расположение. Рядом все достопримечательности буквально 3-5 минут неспешным шагом.. Номера чистые и уютные, есть все необходимое. Завтраки хорошие, всегда можно найти еду на свой вкус. Вид на Босфор и Мраморное море на террасе заслуживает особого Вау. Мы остались очень довольны своим выбором. Надеемся приехать еще.

First of all this hotel has a home like flavor ..it has excellent location next to topkapi and sultanahmet ..it has wonderful staff starting with reception to cleaners to helping with carrying bags up stairs that I did nit feel the lack of elevators..
The breakfast in the rooftop facing bisphorous with the freshly prepared selections right infront of you Iim the open clean kitchen and the fresh dripping american cofee was the highlight of the trip
Great choice would love to always stay there when in istanbul...
Great value for money ..coulld not have been better

Penthouse2に宿泊しました。窓からの景色はすばらしかったです。5階の部屋までは階段しかありませんが同じフロアには2部屋だけなのが良いです。外に出られる小さなテラスもありベンチに座って最高の景色を見ながらアイスクリームを食べました。

Cons:

2日目の夜は全くお湯が出ずシャワーが使えなかった。
