Pros:

An old-school hotel with exceptional service, a couple of excellent restaurants, and a wonderful evening bar. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

熊本観光には最高の立地！
Pros:

立地は最高でした。熊本城天守は部屋の目の前に見えた上、繁華街も歩いて数分、市電の利用にも便利、と申し分無い場所に有りました。建物自体は古いのでしょうが部屋は広め、内装も綺麗でした。

Cons:

お風呂の水量がやや勢い不足だったのが唯一の減点でしょうか。

Pros:

The location was good. Parking is available at a cost.

Cons:

Not a hotel. Room we booked was a standard double. The room itself was small,bearly any room to put suitcases. The carpet was grubby looking, it was dark and it had a musty smell. We paid more to be upgraded as we couldn't stay in that room. The upgraded room cost us double . It was better but it still had a musty smell, the bathroom and toilet both needed updating.

Een prima plek om te verblijven.
Pros:

Kwaliteit van het (westerse) ontbijt was redelijk. Kamer was ruim met goede bedden en minder goede kussens.

Cons:

Badkamer is (zeker voor Japanse begrippen) erg aan vervanging toe.

Classy retro hotel with premium views of the castle
Pros:

The location gives you a great view of the Castle. The lights around the Castle were also out which made for an even better view in the dark. The hotel clearly was proud of its 70's heritage, and I agree, it was a nice retro vibe. It was also classier than we were dressed for, but staff were only friendly nevertheless.

Cons:

Although it was no problem for us specifically, the streets right outside not having the lights on could pose a problem for people who have trouble seeing in the dark.

I was very pleased with hotel staff and room. Made it very comfortable for family. Thank you!
Pros:

The room was fantastic to say the least. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very convenient location and just across Kumamoto Castle which made walking possible from hotel. A+++!

Cons:

Did not have laundry washer or dryer and no laundry service on Sunday.

小さいこども連れ、お得な料金で利用させていただきましたが、こどものサービスも充実して大変助かりましたしアメニティもさすがキャッスルさんと感じました。

Cons:

鍵がひとつしかなかったのは少し不便でした。
古さは感じますが、クラシックな感じが落ち着くのかもとも思います。

Super rapport Q/P pour cet hôtel idéalement situé

Idéalement situé au centre de kumamoto, près du château, des commerces et des restaurants, cet hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner incroyable. Le personnel est très pro et agréable. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel, même si la chambre que nous avions était un peu petite.
