とてもゆっくりできました！
Pros:

リノベされたお部屋はとても広く快適で掃除も行き届いており、従業員の方もとても優しく最高のホテルでした。朝ごはんもイクラやカレーパンなど多種多様あり美味しかったのです。

Cons:

4泊お世話になりましたが、毎日全く同じ朝ごはんだったのが少し残念です。

Schönes Stadthotel in toller Lage in Kumamoto. Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Angenehmes Stadthotel in super Lage gegenüber dem Castle und nahe der Shoppingarkaden. Das Haus hat zwar schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich, aber passt alles. Frühstück klasse

大満足です。
Pros:

2泊3日の滞在ながら、クリーニングサービスをお願いしました。フロントに持っていくのではなく、部屋まで受取りに来たり、持ってきてくれたりと、非常にありがたかったです。
朝食も種類が豊富で何よりおいしくいただきました。

Cons:

全部屋禁煙なのか、地下１階(時間によっては外)なのが少し残念でした。
部屋でなくとも、せめて喫煙フロア(喫煙エリア)があるとありがたいです。
難しいとは思いますが、喫煙者にも配慮いただけるとありがたいです。

Chambre spacieuse et personnel accueillant
Pros:

L'hotel est situé en face du chateau de Kumamoto (même si l'entrée du chateau se fait à environ 10 minutes à pied) et il est assez grandiose dès le lobby. Nous avions une superbe chambre vue sur le chateau, c'était très appréciable. Les lits étaient très confortables et la chambre spacieuse. Le personnel était à l'écoute, même si la plupart ne parle pas très bien anglais, ils faisaient tout pour nous aider. Nous avons eu la possibilité de garer notre voiture pour un moindre supplément (environ 5€ par jour).

Cons:

La décoration semblait un peu "vieillotte" mais cela fait aussi partie du charme de l'hôtel. Les équipements de la chambre étaient aussi un peu anciens mais fonctionnels.
