Pros:

I loved the location! Very nice that they have a area for bbq and sitting! 1st and second floor parking right in front of your door, Very convenient to unload your vehicle!

Cons:

There was no complementary breakfast. Our room 10 had a old ac that didn't push cold air at all but I seen that most rooms have a newer one.

Motel bien situé, cependant les horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil sont restreintes. Patience pour récupérer les clés.
Clés mises dans la boite aux lettres lors du départ car ouverture de l'accueil fermée.

Cons:

Most economical and comfortable but some conviences are missing.
Pros:

location, helpfulness of the staff across the street at Appletree. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels. the price was great.

Cons:

plug in kitchen area not working. loud air conditioner. sounded like a washing machine spinning too hard. lighting was harsh and not set up right for both beds. Plugs for phones and laptop and coffeemaker awkward.
did not know that office was closed and had to go across the street to check in. Also, code for door did not work so we had to go back and forth across the street to get help.

Affordable lodging in a charming town
Pros:

The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. She provided advice for places to eat and a towel for the hot springs so that I wouldn't need to rent a towel. They also provide small bars of soap and packets of shampoo (which I like better than dispensers of body wash.)

Cons:

The parking lot and grounds could use a little work, but it's not something that matters too much to me.

Worth the money for the short stay

Great Value stay when you don't need the frills! Comfy sleep, gokd location and quiet.
Pros:

Perfect for a packed weekend of exploring the Valley and ending the days at the Hot Springs

Cons:

A few features are dated and awaiting reno/repairs. (The window screen kept popping out)
But for what we needed it was fine.

Bed was comfortable and the location was good with access to restaurants and the highway.

Cons:

The place is old and tired and is in need of an overhaul.
Some electrical plugs did not work and the outside planters are falling apart. Could use a painting and referbishing.
Has required new owners.

It was ok.
Pros:

There was no breakfast.

Cons:

Our family stayed at the motel 9 or 10 years ago and it was much better back then. The property this time looks almost deserted. No flowers in the flower boxs and the office is closed.
