不錯的度假之選，但仍有非常多需要改進的地方
Pros:

有幸在重新裝修後開業的第一天入住，對於我們來說真的是開盲盒級的體驗。優點很多，飯店的設施真的是上了一個大台階，對比之前Google上瀏覽的照片，酒店非常多的地方都顯得高級漂亮了許多，對得起這個價位。比如甜點餐廳和幾個a la carte餐廳都非常精緻，簡直就像是進了外面的高級咖啡廳或者餐廳，氛圍感也非常好。酒店調酒和餐飲都非常不錯，調酒用的材料都不差，食物更是一吃就能吃出材料的新鮮，選擇更是超級多並且真的美味，是我們在土耳其吃過最棒的全包酒店餐廳，a la carte餐廳甚至會讓你覺得你身處高級餐廳，擺盤也小有講究，非常出色。

Cons:

可能也是開業第一天入住的原因，整間酒店的稚嫩感很強，我們的到來得到了一些歡迎，但三人入住只有兩人被歡迎（因為一人在辦理入住）。但工作人員整體上都有一種剛剛準備盛大開業完的疲憊，完全看不出興奮，甚至友好，甚至我們的到來是一種負擔。很多工作人員僅僅是在工作，但表情交流各方面可以說是毫無服務，這一點不僅僅是在辦理入住時，體現在酒店大部分地方（除了a la carte餐廳）。最離譜的是我們準備在餐廳用餐，同行的朋友已經拿好了餐點，我們的盤子被收走告訴我們他們在拍攝，讓我們出門等，那我是很好奇為什麼你們不把餐廳鎖上進行拍攝呢，我們進入的時候已經有不少客人，讓我們覺得有點莫名其妙。

然後就是一點我非常非常之不理解的點了，工作人員幾乎全是100%說俄文的人，英文水平嚴重不足，大部分工作人員都無法做到用英文完成任何意義上的服務更別說交流，甚至非常多次有人笑著問我們是否說俄文，聽到我們不會立馬垂下臉來轉頭就走，讓人非常無語且尷尬，我認為這是非常不專業的，尤其是考慮到酒店定位五星級酒店，又要做全包服務，無交流是沒有辦法提供服務的。一開始我們以為是否本間酒店是專供說俄文人的酒店，別的群體是少數群體，我覺得如果是這樣也就算了，結果第二天不出所料入住了很多和我們一樣從荷蘭來的客人，讓我非常費解酒店該如何提供令人滿意的服務。我覺得這是非常欠考慮，非常不專業的問題。

更不理解的是第二天的Event，第一天的客人大部分是說俄文的人，第二天是荷蘭文，差不多到第二天時這兩個群體的比例都是50%（當然還有土耳其人），第一天的Event還停留在一個法國吉他手唱英文音樂，晚上的舞蹈也是交融組合。到了第二天晚上的Event突然就變成了完全荷蘭人的主場，讓人非常無語和尷尬，讓我們完全不理解酒店管理團隊的動機是什麼。具體是什麼樣的呢，找了一個荷蘭DJ並且從頭到尾都只說荷蘭文——我是不知道他們怎麼找到這種極品人物的，在荷蘭酒吧裡都不常見。一開始人氣很旺大家都在等著表演，結果沒想到演出的DJ完全沒有想開口說英文的意思，扇形劇場一半的觀眾被完全無視，演出者甚至看都不願意看一眼另一半邊，看著土耳其人和俄國人在旁邊是完全笑不出來，而且有一種完全被exclude的尷尬。最搞笑的一段就是DJ想活躍氣氛邀請大家一起跳荷蘭舞蹈，直接用荷蘭文說mensen uit Rusland/ Turkije問有沒有人是從俄國/土耳其來，搞得好像他們可以聽得懂荷蘭文一樣，給我們真是尷尬的說不出話，簡直就是徹頭徹尾的一場鬧劇。

Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv war, dass der Pool und das Meer direkt nebeneinander lagen – so konnte man jederzeit bequem wechseln. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Essen war sehr ausgewogen, abwechslungsreich und hat immer frisch geschmeckt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Animation sowie die Musik haben uns leider nicht gefallen, da beides ständig gleich war. Bei einem Urlaub in der Türkei erwarte ich auch türkische Musik. In einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mir zudem einen Service am Pool gewünscht. Dass man die Getränke selbst holen musste, war etwas schade. Hier besteht auf jeden Fall Verbesserungsbedarf.

Es ist sehr sauber und mehr als perfekt. Das Personal ist besonders hilfsbereit. Als wir ein paar kleine Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und dem Kühlschrank hatten, kümmerte sich Herr Bülent sofort darum. Er hat jeden Tag nachgefragt, ob wir zufrieden sind. Herzlichen Dank, Herr Bülent. Sie machen Ihre Arbeit wirklich sehr gerne.

Güzel bir deneyimdi.
Pros:

Konumu, plajı ve yemekleri çok iyiydi. Deniz tertemiz, otelin plaj alanı gayet yeterli ve güzel. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Herkesin yiyebileceği birşey mutlaka vardır. Farklı lezzetlere de yer verilmişti. Alacart restoranı var çok nezih ve lezzetliydi. Restoranlarda sıra beklemiyorsunuz. Otel dolu olmasına rağmen gürültülü bir ortam veya biryerlerde sıra bekleme durumu olmuyor. Personeller çok güleryüzlüydü. Alacart restorandaki Samet Bey bize keyifli bir akşam yemeği sundu.

Cons:

Odaya ilk girdiğimiz gün oda temizdi ancak kaldığımız günlerde yapılan günlük temizlikten hiç memnun kalmadım. Lavaboları bile silmeden çıkıyorlar temizlikçiler. Çarşafları pikeleri değiştirmiyorlar. Özellikle istemezseniz yeni terlikler getirmiyorlar. Komidinlerin tozu alınmıyor. Günlük temizlik üstünkörü yapılıyordu. Ama ilk girişimizde oda çok temiz olduğu için bu durumu çok sorun etmedik.

Pros:

Otel konum itibariyle denize sıfır bir alanda, plaj taşlık olmasına rağmen denizin berraklığı çok iyi derecede, genel olarak burayı fiyat performans oteli olarak görebilirsiniz, açık büfede her zaman kendi damak tadınıza göre birşeyler bulabilirsiniz, personeller oldukça arkadaş canlısı herkes yardımcı olmak için elinden geleni yapıyor bunu fazlasıyla hissediyorsunuz özellikle Mutfak bölümünden iDRİS chef, house keeping bölümünden Ayfer MELEN ve Nilgün MAŞA ' ya çok teşekkür ederim, özel ilgileriyle çözüm odaklı ve işlerini kesinlikle layikiyle yaptıklarını söyleyebilirim, ayrıca ismini hatırlayamadım tüm mutfak, bar, ve tüm çalışanlara ayrıca teşşekür ederim.

Cons:

Ailecek gittiğimiz için küçük bir bebeğimiz vardı özellikle odalara akşam etkinlikleri olduğu zamanlar çok ses geliyordu izolasyon konusunda pek yeterli değil, ücretli kokteyller çok yetersiz ücret karşılığında sunulan kokteyller kesinlikle geliştirilmeli ve personeller bu konuda eğitilmeli.

It was a hotel with excellent staff, clean and surrounded by greenery.
Pros:

We were very satisfied with the hotel overall. The staff were very polite. They were very helpful in every way. In particular, our floor attendants Hatice Hanim and Selda Hanim did everything they could to ensure we had a good vacation with our small baby. I would like to express my special thanks to them.

Cons:

Having salt-free and sugar-free options at meals would have made things easier. We had to request additional items for the baby every day. However, the staff were very helpful in the end.

Первая линия, чистый пляж, чистая территория

Cons:

Ожидали большего, в номере убирают на 5/10 в ванной тараканы, выползают каждый и не всегда их убирают, постельное за 10 дней не поменяли ни разу, просто застилали кровати, гель и шампунь ставят по желанию уборщика.

Pros:

I like the location very much, from our room to the beach tooks 25 steps, i never had that luxery in Antalya area and this was my 6th or 7th trip to Antalya.

All facilities was free which was really good like playing tennise or mini golf.

This was the first visit to Kemer side of Antalya and I liked it much better than Lara side , 1- stone beach (maybe not for everyone) but I liked it better because the water is crystal clear
2- due to located on the east of high mountain you benefit the shades in afternoon for some activities like tennis or football during the day light (no night lighting )

Cons:

Diapite the hotel capacity was full, Not all facilities were functional, such as pool bar or indoor pool where we missed due to first 2 days was cold and we prefered.

The timing of the events was not very convenient causing to miss quite some activities such as slide which open only from 10 to 12 and 14 to 16 or snack time which was only from 16:30 to 17:30.

There was something that I also really did not understand was putting icecube in the urinal toilet which to me just a waiste of energy with hygienic risk of splash.

You had to pay for the fresh juice in breakfast which was for me a big deal maybe not for everyone, it was not expensive though just 2 euro for a large glass.

However it was one of the best hotel I have been overall even comparing with the much expensive hotels such as Barut or Baia. And it is much smaller as well but maybe not as a disadvantage so everythings was quite accessible.
