Location, Room and staff are so smooth. For family and budget friendly, his hotel is a 9points.
Pros:

Location is very near to Ximeding & train station. Room is spacious and the beds are big and comfy. All the necessity you need is right below the building.

Cons:

No bidet in the toilet, as a person not fond of only tissue paper, the stay would be perfect if a bidet were installed right next to the toilet.
