Tesise 11 senede 14 defa gittik, tam anlamiyla cocuk ve aile oteli diyebiliriz, fiyat performans olarak kusursuz, hayal edilemeyecek kadar buyuk havuz, cok guzel plaji, guler yuzlu personeli ( neredeyse yarisi yillardir degismedi, personeline deger veren musterisinede deger verir)

Herlig ferie i flotte anlegg med basseng og sklier.
Pros:

De holdt rommet rent og pent hele uken, og det var godt å legge seg i rent sengetøy.

Cons:

For dårlig aircondition og kjøleskapet var ikke kaldt nok. Og markeds butikken burde det være informert om. Det robbet turistene med prisene sine.

Could improve on indoor activities for younger children aged between 0-3 like a play ball pit and slide in the children’s eatery area for parents to enjoy their meal too or somewhere to play in extreme heat.

Das Essen, Ausstattung, teilweise Personal aber nicht alle

Cons:

Das Bett, das Zimmer, der Balkon war schmutzig, wir waren unten Erdgeschoss und das Zimmer hat wie Schimmel gestunken . Unsere Zimmer und das Zimmer von Kindern gab es so viele Abstände! Ich habe es weitergeleitet aber keine hat sich darum gekümmert

Pros:

Andra gången jag besöker pegasos world. Ett väldigt bra hotell med mycket utbud såsom rutschkanor, pooler, nära till stranden och restauranger/mat.

Cons:

Schampo/ balsam finns men jag rekommenderar att man tar med egna.

Ihana loma, voisin mennä uudelleen
Pros:

Hotelli oli siisti. Siivoajia oli joka paikassa, jopa aurinkotuoleja pyyhittiin aamuisin. Heinäkuussa väkeä oli paljon, mutta siisteydessä se ei näkynyt. Astioita kerättiin altaalta ja yleiset vessat oli aina siistit. Perhehuone oli hyvä, siisti ja sopivan kokoinen. Vesipuisto oli kiva, laskettiin lasten kanssa kaikki mäet. Suurinosa oli sinisiä eli helppoja liukuja. Vesiliukumäkiä oli kaiken ikäisille sopivia. Allas-alueet oli valtavat. Altaita ja ohjattua tekemistä oli myös kaiken ikäisille. Aktiivinen viikko, tylsää ei tullut ja kaikille löytyi mukavaa tekemistä. Iltaohjelman akrobatianäytös oli paras. Hotellin puolesta myös kivoja jumppia: hiit, trampoliinihyppely, vesipyöräily ym. Ruokailussa parasta oli pastaäijä, jossa sai itse koota pasta-annoksen ja pastamies paistoi sen pannulla. Kiitos pastamiehelle.

Cons:

Ruokailutilanteet oli erittäin ruuhkaisia ja sekavia. Näissä tilanteissa väkipaljous näkyi. Vapaata pöytää piti etsiä ja perheen kanssa helposti eksyi toisistaan. Meidän huoneen ilmastointi ei palannut kunnolla kahtena viimeisenä yönä, oli todella kuuma. Alkulomasta ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti aamusta-yöhön. Aurinkotuoleja ei heinäkuussa riittänyt, ellei käynyt aamulla varaamassa. Valokuvauksesta tuli vähän huijattu olo, oli pakko ostaa 10 kuvaa, vaikka ei olisi haluttu. Palvelu myytiin meille tyylillä ”voi ostaa vaikka yhden kuvan”.

Tyckte inte om 2-3 alternativ (glass/färsk pressad juice/ smoothies) som inte ingick i all inklusive. Det borde inte finnas där alls.

The food, activities and entertainment for all ages and the spa.

Cons:

They didn't sweep the floor or clean the shower, even though they could clearly see the sand on the floor and don't change the dirty cups(I had to communicate with the cleaner time consuming)

Lovely break from our apartment in Ilica

Food was excellent. Room clean and had what we needed.

Cons:

Couldn't find milk for our cups of tea. More benches along the walkways would be good. As someone with cancer I struggled to find shade.
