Pros:

We had wonderful stay at this resort. The beach is beautiful, sandy, and perfect . There are plenty of water activities and slides for both adults and kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thanks to Noor at the reception for her kindness and excellent service.

Overall, it’s a great resort for families, and we really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Pegasus World on paratiisi, missä kaikille on jotakin.
Pros:

Pegasus World on meidän lempihotelli. Hotellissa on kaikki mitä voi toivoa, niin paljon aktiviteettia ja kaiken mitä voisit koskaan hotellilta haluta.

Kaikki toimii loistavasti, lapsille on ainakin 5 allasta liukumäkineen, lisäksi uima-ranta. Siellä on myös kids club ja vaahtobileitä, ilmaista jäätelöä, discoa, frozen elokuvaa yms.

Aikuisille on sitten yöllä karaokea, hyvää tanssimusiikkia, rauhaisia altaita joissa voi ottaa aurinkoa rauhassa.

Paikasta pidetään huolta, siellä on satoja työntekijöitä jotka huolehtivat pitkin päivää siisteydestä. siivoavat koko ajan vieraiden jälkiä, kastelevat kukkia, huolehtivat uinti turvallisuudesta. Huonetta siivottiin päivittäin, vessan pesu, lakanoiden vaihto, roskien tyhjennys huoneessa.

Kolme buffettia päivän aikana pitää kylläisenä, jokaisen päivänä buffetissa oli eri teema, kiinalainen, turkkilainen, italialainen yms.. Sen lisäksi siellä on snack-ruokapaikkoja kaksi, toinen lapsille ja toinen aikuisille mistä saa salaattia, pizzaa, nuudeleita, hamppareita, nugetteja.

Cons:

Hotelli on valtava, päivittäin kertyy askeleita helposti yli 20 000, onneksi henkilökunta antoi huoneen läheltä uima-altaita.

Hotellissa tapahtui kakkavahinko lapsella altaaseen, altaista puolet suljettiin ainakin 5h joten niihin altaisiin ei päässyt koko päivänä puhdistuksen vuoksi.

Hotellin buffetissa todellisuus hotellin vieraiden määrästä pärähtää kasvoille, ruokaa oli riittävästi ja sitä tehtiin koko ajan lisää, henkilökunta piti kaikki tiptop kunnossa mutta ruuhka buffetissa oli jäätävää, ihmisiä oli satoja pienessä tilassa ja lapset eksyi jalkoihin.

Paikka on meluinen, musiikki soi yöhön asti, onneksi ei kuulu huoneeseen eli hyvä äänieristys mutta jos hotellilla on 10h päivässä altailla ja musa on täysillä niin pitää olla valmis meluun.

Yksi haittaava puoli oli paljon puhuttu aurinkotuolien varaus, oli selvää että ihmiset pitivät tuoleja varattuina ympäri päivän käymällä välissä tunteja muualla, se ei ole hotellin vika mutta ärsyttävää.

Henkilökunnan englanninkielentaito on vaihelevaa, suurin osa ei osaa perus sanoja enempää, lukuunottamatta infoa.

Hotellissa on valokuvaaja joka kertoo, että voisi ottaa muutaman kuvan ja myydä ne edullisesti, todellisuudessa kuvien ottaminen on tuntien kestääv studiosessio ja pakettia yritetään myydä sinulle 200eurolla, se oli mielestäni törkeää rahastusta.

Myös Hamam palveluita myydään kiertelemällä altailla ja jos sanot ei, he etsivät sinut käsiin lähes päivittäin saman tarjouksen kanssa vaikka sanoisit että tulen luoksenne jos haluan palvelua.

Hotellin kauppa joka myy tavallisia päivittäistavaroita on törkyhintainen. Siteet 7e, vaikka niitä saisi täältä eurolla.
Purkkapaketti 5euroa, limu 8 euroa yms.. Sieltä ei voinut ostaa mitään evästä hotellihuoneeseen tai lentokoneeseen koska hinnat vastasi lentokentän hintoja. Kynsisakset 6e.

Pros:

Everything and everyone starting from check-in untill we left:
1. Check in went very smooth. Emre- the guy at the reception very professional and attentive person.
2. The building itself didn’t impress at first: There wasn’t that native scent of Turkish hotels we all are used to:)). But later I noticed that it was eco resort and they apparently didn’t use edored cleaning units, although everything was super clean (even common toilets on the territory)
3. Restaurants: different types of meals each day… service staff super attentive!!!
4. Activities archery, shuffle board, aqua aer, aqua bicycle, smth jumping… don’t remember all but Animation team was like there were 20 years ago in 5 star ultra AI resorts. The team manager mr. ale always there and around paying attention at everything always smiling. And his team was on top always. They don’t need to run around and gather ppl for activities because the hotel sends you app upon reservation and you can check each activity and all info about hotel yourself… this was very convenient because we didn’t worry to miss any interesting activities for ourselves.
6. Evening entertainment was also not cliche but interesting shows and live musics at different spaces, also at the beach. Total 3 different spaces for evening entertainment and everyone chooses what they prefer
7. The resort is huge but you never feel crowded because the activities are spread on the whole territory
8. Water slides: very well protected by guards everywhere.
9. And at last: after we checked out and waiting for our taxi, the guy who was standing at the doors payed attention until the driver put the luggage in the car and farewelled us. That was really very nice of him because I didn’t experience such attitude even at 5 star premium hotels (I have at least 20 years experience at Turkish resorts and I this was really super professional team

Cons:

I liked everything but maybe guests won’t like a little bit outdated rooms. But the whole resort and service and staff was so great, I didn’t care if I didn’t have luxury lamp hanging in the room

Nagyon változatosak és ízletesek az ételek, bőséges kínálat. A környezet gyönyörű, a medencék és a parkosítás igényes. A tenger nagyon közel van. Buszmegálló a hotel előtt, ami bevisz a városba. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

Cons:

Vízforraló és vasaló hiánya, de ez legyen a legnagyobb baj.
