Hotel je s odřenýma ušima maximálně 3*, chtělo by to více péče a prozákaznického přístupu...
Pros:

Hotel je na krásném místě, jídlo je dobré i když je celkem omezený výběr. Pokoje jsou útulné i když trochu tmavé. Wellness je perfektní, nový nerezový bazén, vířivka s výhledem, i soukromý wellness se nám moc líbil. Parkoviště je velké, vždy jsme našli místo. Domluva s hotelem před naším příjezdem byla perfektní.

Cons:

Nejslabším článkem v tomto hotelu je bezesporu personál, první den jsme si objednali kávu a zákusek a kávu jsme dostali asi za 20 minut, zákusky až po 3/4 hodině, kdy už nám k tomu chyběla ta vypitá káva a ještě jste dostali na dortu plesnivé ovoce. Personál pouze řekl že řešili nějakou reklamaci salátů či co. Bylo jich tam asi 5 a v restauraci s námi byli pouze 2 další lidé. S podobným přístupem jsme se bohužel setkali i v Grill Baru...
Na balkonech se nedívejte nahoru, všude kadí holubi a nikdo to neuklízí...
Málo místa u snídaní.
Hotel v některých aspektech nesplňuje ani požadavky na 3* (výška matrace pouze 14cm, nejsou zásuvky u postele a podobně).
Zkrátka na oslavu výročí bych si za takové peníze představoval podstatně více

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend Mitarbeiter. Schöne entspannte Lage. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gutes Essen!.

Cons:

Die Matratze ist etwas hart. Wie hatten keine Klimaanlage, das war aber zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr so wichtig.

Fantastic stay by the lake! The location is beautiful, and the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. We had a wonderfully peaceful 3-night stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!
