Schwimmkurs für Kinder:
An dieser Stelle möchten wir ein großes Lob an die Schwimmlehrerin Frau Nurgül Cakir aussprechen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Geduld, Mühe und liebevolle Art, unserem Sohn das Schwimmen beizubringen.

Auch von der Gästebetreuung, insbesondere von Burçin hanım, wurden wir bestens betreut. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei ihr und dem gesamten Team für die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Mühe, unseren Urlaub so schön und angenehm zu gestalten.

Die Anlage ist für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet, die lieber Pool Urlaub möchten.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Auswahl sehr groß. Das Personal zuvorkommend und sehr nett 🥰. Besonders Sirin unsere Bedienung während dem Abendessen war sehr bemüht. Wir hatten sofort einen guten Draht. Sie hat uns sogar für unseren letzten Abend unseren Tisch besonders schön eingedeckt und mit Blumen geschmückt 😊.
Aber auch das Personal im SPA waren sehr freundlich. Serap bei der wir mehrere Massagen gebucht hatten ist grandios. Sie ist zudem eine sehr herzliche Person 🥰. Aber auch Mesut und vor allem Diyar waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diyar ist ein sehr liebenswerter Mensch. Er hat uns sogar an unserem letzten Tag eine extra Raum zum umziehen gegeben und erlaubt uns im Hamam zu waschen, da wir unsere Zimmer schon abgeben mussten. Das war sehr angenehm und wir hatten so unseren eigenen Bereich. Vielen lieben Dank dafür noch an Mesut und Diyar.
Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt mit großen Palmen 🌴🥰. Überall stehen Wasserspender was gut ist, so wird weniger Plastikmüll produziert. Die Gläser konnte man benutzen und sie wurden wieder gespült. Sehr nachhaltig 👍 fand ich sehr gut. Es gab überall an den vielen Bars die Möglichkeit sich auch andere Getränke zu holen.

Cons:

Sehr laut und zu groß! Zu viele Familien mit Kindern. Hat nicht zu uns gepasst. Wir bevorzugen normalerweise etwas kleinere Anlagen mit weniger Trubel.
Besseren Service mittags und an den Bars am Abend. Immer nur Selbstbedienung 😞.
Kaffee war grauenvoll 😬.
Der Strand war auch nicht so schön. Zu steinig und stark abfallend. Starker Wellengang. Nachmittags kaum baden im Meer möglich.
Die Zimmer sind schön groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bäder allerdings ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig.

I’d like to say a big thank you to Ms Burçin in the customer relations department; she’s very energetic, attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Just watch out for one particular waiter: he’s wearing earrings in both ears, and as soon as he realises he won’t be getting a tip from you, he’ll stop paying any attention to you.
