Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was generally good, as the hotel belongs to TUI and the guests are mainly British. Everyone was friendly, well-mannered and cheerful. The hotel grounds really are like a park; there is enough space for everyone and there is always somewhere to get away from it all. The beach umbrellas are very poor: they are small, and the gaps in the weave are so large that they offer no real protection from the sun. There is plenty of food, and you can always find something you like. The fruit could be more varied. The hotel’s drawbacks are the poor soundproofing and the centralised air-conditioning system. At the moment, everyone at the hotel is ill with a viral infection, including the staff, and a system like that gives you no chance of avoiding infection. We are medics. We caught it too. The hotel grounds and the beach itself are clean. But the sea can be dirty, and nowhere in Turkey are you safe from that; the Turks throw rubbish from boats into the sea, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Pros:

Транспортная доступность, в начале октября мало людей. Комфортные просторные номера. Большой пляж и территория отеля. По просьбе сварят кофе в турке (молотый из банки)

Cons:

Растворимый кофе везде. Питание для англичан 🤣. Вино слишком простое. Сотрудники совсем не говорят по-русски.

Very good place to be, I have stayed on multiple occasions and cannot fault the place
Pros:

Good amount of areas to relax, different bars and areas around the pool or the grounds of the hotel.

Cons:

Third party operators coming round all day offering services weather that’s the spa or the water sports can be quite frustrating

Cons:

1. Quite a lot of Russian people.
2. During the massage, when they were washing the mask off at the end, the staff stood over me asking if I was finished, as if they were trying to rush me, even though they could see I had only washed off half of the mask. Then they quickly ushered me out because it was the end of the day and they wanted to close early. However, the second time I had a massage, everything was excellent.
3. Sun loungers!!!!! By 8:30 am, the front rows were already taken, but there was nobody on them for two hours or even longer. What is the point of doing this? 🤷🏻‍♀️
4. Housekeeping: One day the room was skipped, and on another occasion, they forgot to put a towel on the floor by the feet.
5. Only one swimming pool was 120 cm deep. They could have designed the pools so that one half was shallower and the other half deeper, which would have offered more variety. Instead, there was only one pool like that 🤷🏻‍♀️. I think there were around eight pools in total, although I can’t remember exactly.
6. Not all the staff speak English. Some members of staff didn’t fully understand what I was saying. The girl selling products didn’t understand English at all. She quoted me a price in pounds, but a much higher amount was charged to my card.

Pros:

Отдыхали неделю в этом отеле, всё соответствует фотографии. И предыдущим отзывам. Всё понравилось. Питание супер, угощали всем рыба, мясо, морепродукты, сладости всё на любой вкус. Очень впечатлило, то что у нас выселение было в 12:00, а наш вылет в 22:0 и администрации позволила нам находится и пользоваться всей инфраструктурой отеля до 18:0. Спасибо.

We all had a fab time
Pros:

It's a huge resort with 7 pools and 5 restaurants, plenty of sun beds around the pools and there's also water slides.

Cons:

The beach area wasn't very attractive, but plenty of sunbeds.

It was our first stay as a family with no kids. We loved every minute and would definitely come back next year.
Pros:

Loved how close it was to the airport and how clean everwhere was. Staff was lovely and really helpful at all times. Delish food and great activities.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable and our room didn’t get any sunlight but other than that everything was amazing.
