staff were quite friendly, food was very tasty
pool area and rooms could be cleaner
It was our 2nd visit and it is an amazing place, we will definitely be back. Barstaff, waiting/table cleaning staff are so efficient and room service is superb. Food for all meals is excellent and an amazing variety of food and food themes day and night. Very safe and clean swimming pools and life guards on all day.
I think because of the amount of children up dancing, doing pool bingo etc each day the entertainment crew could be a bit more fair with certificates etc, give more out it’s just a piece of paper but means so much to the children. Also in the pool bingo they know what number is going to win, maybe make it random as we were twice skipped the winning number in my family because it was an adult coming for the winning number, entertainment crew could easily have switched me or my wife with our children instead of skipping the number altogether. Also at night in the Beach Bar if certs are not handed out, give a mention to the children that are up dancing regularly when all others remain on their seats..

Little bit missing facility in beach side
4 gece kaldık. Genel olarak normal, güzel bir konaklama geçirdik. Otelin imkanları ve hizmeti yemekleri yeterliydi. Personel ilgiliydi, temizlik de iyiydi.
Sadece denizi biraz beklentimizin altında kaldı.

It’s a great location and the food for an all inclusive is so so good! Allergies are really cared for here too.
The bathroom was quite dated, and the shower was pretty rubbish - but the rest of the hotel makes up for that
Dies ist unser vierter Besuch in Sarıgerme. Wir haben immer in einem TUI Hotel übernachtet. Wie immer hat uns an diesem Ort die einzigartige Natur der Gegend besonders gut gefallen. Auch der Hotelgarten ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite türkische Personal. Das Speisenangebot ist abwechslungsreich.
Das Hotel war sicherlich früher sehr schön. Allerdings ist insbesondere das Badezimmer sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Wir fühlten uns eher wie im Urlaub in England als in der Türkei. Eines unserer Kinder wollte am Kinderanimationsprogramm von TUI teilnehmen, aber ein britischer Mitarbeiter verweigerte dies, weil unser siebenjähriges Kind kein Englisch sprach und die Anweisungen nicht verstehen würde. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass zumindest ein Mitarbeiter sich dafür eingesetzt hätte, dass auch türkische Kinder teilnehmen konnten. Auch die Abendunterhaltung ist nur für britische Touristen geeignet. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass mindestens 10–20 % der Abendprogramme auf türkische Gäste zugeschnitten wären. Schließlich befinden wir uns ja in der Türkei.
