Our second trip to this property in two years. We love Horel
Pros:

So many things: the pool, the breakfast, the proximity to the dunes, the air conditioning, the friendly staff, etc.

Cons:

We had ants on one of our pillows the second night. But the staff exchanged the pillow and it was fine. Not sure why they were attracted to that pillow.

Prachtige plek, bijzonder zo tussen alle zandduinen. Maar verder zeker geen aanrader wat ons betreft.

De staat van de badkamers en de onvriendelijke manier waarop gereageerd werd toen we een andere kamer wilden omdat de douche niet werkte

Schöne Unterkunft direkt an der Düne gelegen.

Für uns hat das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst, obwohl uns natürlich bewusst war, dass die Preise in Huacachina aufgrund der Lage im Verhältnis sehr hoch sind. Das Frühstück in Buffetform ist sehr lieblos gestaltet. Sehr geärgert hat uns der vom Hotel fürs ganze Jahr (!) festgesetzte Wechselkurs des Hotels (3,70 Soles/ 1 USD), mit dem man sich so nebenbei noch bereichert und um den man nicht herumkommt! Bei Zahlung mit Kreditkarte werden weitere Gebühren fällig.

La posizione è ottima in quanto si trova al centro dell'oasi. In pochi passi si possono raggiungere negozi o ristoranti e le partenze delle escursioni.

Cons:

La qualità della struttura non è proprio come un tre stelle almeno come lo intendiamo in Europa. La colazione non offre tanta varietà di prodotti, tuttavia è sufficiente

Cons:

Bătaie de joc la micul dejun, în sensul că deși am transmis la recepție că vom pleca dimineață la ora 6.30, nu au luat în considerare. La insistențele noastre, a plecat recepționerul și a început să scoată mâncarea de proastă calitate.
Nu am avut apă caldă la duș, ceea ce e inacceptabil la un hotel care îți încasează aproximativ 90 de dolari pe noapte
