Pros:

Everything was great Ms Sim checked us in/out and was patient and kind being understanding of our needs. The room was spacious and made me feel like a queen with the softest towels I have ever felt.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The front desk staff particularly Ellie gave us a seamless experience from the check-in process and through out our 4-night stay. The room I stayed was nice and had a city view. Location was great. I felt relaxed and was able to attend my seminar easily since the hotel was connected to the event venue through a sky bridge. Highly recommended.
