Love this hotel!
Pros:

Football season is quickly approaching in New Orleans and if you are visiting or are a local I highly recommend booking a room at the Hyatt House for game day. Last December I surprised my son with Saint tickets as a gift. We are local but didn’t want to deal with parking and we also wanted to enjoy all the pregame activities so we booked a one night stay at Hyatt House. It was a decision that I did not regret. Peter the manager was absolutely amazing! The check in process was quick and professional. I truly felt as if I was at someone’s house because the customer service was stellar and more like I was a friend not simply a guest. Thanks Peter for allowing us to check in a few minutes early. The room was very clean and the best thing for my son was the view of the Superdome. Hyatt House was a short walk to the Superdome. In addition , there are many restaurants to enjoy after the game. Finally, the best part is the comfortable bed which allowed my son to get a good night's sleep after his first Saints game. The icing on the cake is the breakfast bar. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which included a variety of juices, coffee, waffles, fruit, and much more. Thanks Hyatt House for an amazing stay. We will see you during the upcoming football season. Go Saints!

To gain access to the property, you have to take a weird entrance, then take the elevator just to check in. Price were too expensive

Amazing across the board! 100/10 Definitely Recommend.
Pros:

Nice & Clean. Staff were welcoming and amazing ! Breakfast was phenomenal Best breakfast so far! Location was perfect!! Definitely will be staying there again. Already booked my next stay with them. Aha!

Cons:

Parking, there is no parking available which I understood when i booked there. But it didn’t take away from my experience or stay. Just a heads up there are 2 parkings available one outside the hotel and the garage connected to the hotel be aware of the one in the garage you will have to pay coming and going.

Great location for Essence Fest
Pros:

I was happy with the facilities and would come here again if I were in the area
Pros:

The breakfast was good. I am not into the large amount of carbohydrates served at many hotels. This hotel had a lot of carbohydrates, but they did have protein as well. They had scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and bacon. The bacon was pork so I did not eat it. However, I ate the scrambled eggs and they tasted good.

Cons:

The gym fitness facility was not good. They had a treadmill, elliptical, and non-matching dumbbells. I need a lot more when it comes to weight training. I wished they had a better training room.
