My family’s favorite place to go is downtown New Orleans and our favorite hotel is Hyatt House.

Very comfortable and would recommend
Pros:

Everything in the hotel was excellent and staff were very helpful. More than enough choice for breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Cons:

The swimming pool is situated in the adjoining posher Hotel. They supply plenty of towels at the poolside. No parasols provided and pool bar only open on certain days of the week. The patio area definitely needed some maintenance especially with all the weeds.

Taking security deposit and not giving them back with no valid details. Room was not damaged smh

The location and how comfortable the hotel was really nice👌🏾

Cons:

Checked in with a upcharge that I didn't expect... I was told my room was $419.00 actually charged me $519.00 didn't get my money back with no valid reason, will not stay there ever again because of that reason alone, it's some kind of scam to keep your security deposit that shouldn't even be on your account it's not even in the description 🙃

Disappointed.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, it could have used a little more staff attendance.

Cons:

Didn’t like the front desk staff. My wife tried to check in while I was parking our car and the staff was rude and unhelpful. They would not let us check in until I was done parking our car. On top of it the stat wasn’t credited to my World of Hyatt account.

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

The customer service is excellent at the desk and valet. The staff was very attentive and used our names throughout the trip. This was very impressive to me and my family.
