Jody at aloft went above and beyond to be helpful. Frankly, the other members of the aloft team were aloof and dismissive of my concerns. She salvaged my mood.
I arrived at the hotel after a long 20 hour flight to realize that my reservation started the next day. The last thing anyone would want to hear after a long flight is that they don’t have a room. The front desk manager, Amalion Gerlin, quickly stepped up and help me get a room assigned. I felt very much at ease. Thank you, Amalion!

ארוחות הבוקר בארה"ב הם בעייתיות, במלון זה הלכו על קונפט בריא ..היו 2 מכונות קפה אוטומטיות עם חלב טרי שהיה חופשי וזה היה מצויין, יוגורט וגרנולה היו מעולים, שתייה קרה קצת פירות בננות תפוחי עץ ולחמים שלא היו משהו
בחדרי השינה ישנה מערכת מיזוג רועשת, לי היה קשה לשבת בסמוך אליה ולעבוד,גם לשינה היא רועשת באופן שהדלקתי כיהיתי..מסתבר שכל הצזגנים בחדרים הם דומים, נסו לקחת חדר שבו המיסוג מרוחק ככל האפשר מהמיטה שולחן העבודה.נאמר לי שיש חובה לקנות במלון ב15$ ליום אחרי אמרו שזו תופס רק ליום הראשון..ולא זיכו. בוצעו שחגורים של חיובים כספיים כפולים עוד לא לפני הציק אין באופן שחסמו לי את מסגרת האשראי בכרטיס באופן שגרם לי מבוכה בתשלום לבית עסק עד להבנת הבעיה

My stay at this hotel was amazing. I found the staff to be very professional, friendly, kind, and responsive to the needs of the guest. Whie I was there I encountered a cooling issue and Mario stopped by within minutes to inspect and reset my thermostat. He even brough a back a fan just ensure we were comfortable. I also left behind a personal item ,and Amalian connected me with the logistics dept. where I met Joey who provided instructions to utlimately get my items delivered back to my home. - Thank you!

Location was ok. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good.
Didn't like that I had to pay to park. Didn't like i had to have a $200 incidental hold on my card. Didn't like that the pool was down ( whole reason why I booked this hotel) when I called front desk about it I was told could walk outside next door to sister property to access pool. Like what?!? Also didn't like that the $15 room credit had to be used via card on file. Wanted to go to bar and have a drink and wanted to pay cash after my credit was applied. Nope not an option.
Really enjoyed our stay to attend a conference at Thomas Mernino. All staff were great. Shout out to Nelly, Amallian, and Monique for being so nice. Easy to walk around, safe, we went to the North End two nights and only a short walk. Highly recommend!
Jasmine was the nicest most accommodating person I’ve ever met in a hotel and I travel a lot. She is one of the sweetest people I’ve met and I’m writing this review solely because of how much better she made me experience.
