Everyone at this hotel has been pleasant and extremely helpful. Had a late check in after landing at Logan. The young gentlemen checking me was so welcoming and joyful. At the free continental breakfast, requests were quickly and pleasantly taken care of. Had an issue during the day and Johnson and Luis quickly resolved it with no hesitation. A very can-do attitude. The various staff always responded warmly. Someone is running this simple, clean hotel really well. So many thoughtful amenities!
Location was PERFECT to the convention center. Also, seems like a quiet safe neighborhood.
I am not a fan of onions in my eggs. I still had some - just picked them out. Everything else was great. Thank you.
Breakfast was good
It’s a little pricey but everything in that area is
As a Marriot Rewards member, I got a great price, as well as some extras for my recent stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center, and it is a short walk to the waterfront. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, but otherwise the room was new and clean. The buffet was an added bonus. Given the price, I would stay here over the other hotels down the block.
Short stay, but very friendly staff, breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean.
No complaints
We stayed in a room with a full kitchen and we were very impressed by how spacious and functional it was. Better than some Boston apartments :)
Unfortunately the pool was under repair while we were there. Using the neighboring pool was great. It wasn't a big problem, that's the only minor downside of our stay.
Luis at the front desk and Zhong from housekeeping were simply awesome! Kindest gestures all along the stay and always out of kindness!
Quiet and clean.
Pool was out of service.
The hotel is quite close to the seaport although really not in it. The rooms are new and quite comfortable.
The check in process was fraught...computers glitchy and it was late ( after a pavilion concert). We wanted to see the seaport before the concert and there was no noon check in possibility. The usual 3 pm check in really doesn't work for this location.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The valet guys were great. The front desk staff were all very nice. The housekeeping folks I saw in the hallway all said good morning to me, or hello in the afternoon.
The room was very clean and everything worked as I expected.
The AC was strong and cold. Everything in the room was laid out as one would like it to be on a business trip.
However - the clock in the room didn't work at all. It wasn't a big deal but why have one if it doesn't work? A
nd the WiFi was terribly weak in my room. It was stronger by the desk and the window, but unusable 10-15 ft away from the window. Better coverage is needed. If the WiFi worked, I would have given 5-stars
