We paid extra for the breakfast, but it was very sad. I wished that I had saved the money and gone elsewhere for breakfast.
Las vistas de la habitación eran espectaculares. Muy bien la rapidez del ascensor. El personal siempre correcto.
El único pero fue que nos dijeron que teniamos que gastarnos una cantidad diaria en el hotel de la fianza depositada. No lo veo correcto. Creo que son cosas que deberían decirse antes de reservar una habitación, no en el momento de entrar cuando ya no tienes posibilidad de cambiar.
It was clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. The Elevator was fast and always available.
Lack of full disclosure. Advertised on booking.com as includes breakfast. It does not, you get a credit at the. Snack bar where a bottle of water is about the same as a case at Costco. Your daily credit buys 2 bottles of water and nothing else. Over $100 in daily taxes. The Location is not that close to the wharf. Again, total lack of disclosure.
Loved it here, super friendly and accommodating staff. Luis T. Was very helpful. The room was very clean, the hotel in general had great service, was super clean and pleasant. Check out at 12 was very helpful as well.
I had such a terrible flight with delays for the past 2 days and I was running around late at night with my spouse and my 8 year old feeling so defeated and I was greeted with so much grace and understanding . They fought for me and my little family so that we had somewhere to stay for the night . So sweet to my kid and even though I probably wasn’t In the best mood they still understood and did what they could for us . Compassion isn’t something that I see often but I can say I did see it with the individuals in this hotel . Very professional but also they have empathy for people who walk through the doors . The way that they treated me and my family was the only good thing about this horrible experience. I will be back to visit 🫶🏽

The staff was amazing, every single one was super friendly and accommodating. Loved the layout, never seen an elevator as cool as there is, as nerdy as that sounds. Loved the outdoor lighting.
Honestly can't think of a single thing, lovely place not enough time to explore everything unfortunately was only there for a few nights but will definitely book again.

The front desk always followed thru meeting my questions/requisites. But the shining star for me was a Evelyn from housekeeping! With an introduction and a warm good morning, it started my day off right. And although I didn’t want service to my room, she was always attentive. So when ready, she went the extra mile and left the room pristine and with nice finishing touches. She deserves accolades !
