Pros:

La posisizione la camera ampia il letto comodo , il personale molte gentile anche se non sempre affidabile

Cons:

Struttura che in passato deve essere stata bella ma ora trascurata ... un po' sporca , in oltre avevo prenotato un prelievo all'aeroporto e dopo un'ora di attesa li contatto e mi dicono che l'autista è malato.... Faccio il check in e mi dicono che potrò entrare all'una ( normalmente è alle 14 ) vado a pranzo torno trovo un'altra persona che mi dice che forse sarà all'una e mezza e mi fa ricompilare la schedina del check in che avevo già compilato un'ora prima ( anche dopo aver segnalato di averla già compilata )

Emplacement parfait pour cet hôtel modeste
Pros:

Emplacement idéal , près du marché de jour et pas loin du marché de nuit .pres de la pagode , du palais présidentiel et de « l’arc de triomphe » . Pas grand chose d’autre à voir à Vientiane

Cons:

Piscine très bof … pas trop entretenue . Chambres vétustes comme l’hôtel mais correctes . Petit déjeuner très bof

The waiter at the pool was very nice.

Cons:

Staff at the lobby is horrible. They didn't help me with my AC problem. AC was leaking so much. Water everywhere on the floor and on the wall.

basic hotel, bad breakfast, unfriendly staff
Cons:

Staff is very unfriendly, breakfast is not good at all (very basic), hotel charges 3% constantly for credit card payments (ridiculous, who pays room in KIP), late checkout until 17pm almost costs a full night. Location is a bit far from everything. Definitely not recommended.

Pros:

Beautiful room with a luxurious atmosphere! The highlight is definitely the rooftop swimming pool with a panoramic view of the city. It's centrally located at a resonable price, and the staff are so sweet and enthusiastic

El personal súper amable , te ayudaban con todo lo que necesitas , especialmente el chico que trabaja de dia en recepción.. el dia que me iba no había taxi disponible y me llevó a la estación de autobús con su propio coche , el desayuno súper variado y muy completo , las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias

La verdad te cobran 3% si pagas con tarjeta de credito o débito , lo veo mal ya que es un servicio que debe incluir el hotel , mas sin embargo hable con la manager o la dueña y ella fue muy amable le recomendé que lo ponga en booking para que el cliente sepa antes de pagar ella fue muy cordial y me descontó 5$ de checking temprano que me habrían cobrado por llegar antes de las 2pm
