Such a beautiful and spacious hotel with full amenities and a stunning view! Since it's centrally located. it's super convenient for sightseeing around all the famous landmarks in Laos. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes righ around the corner. The weather is nicely cool!

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. It's very well located, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable, beautiful decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

An exceptional 4-star hotel situated in a vibrant, bustling central location. The accommodations are pristine and luxurious, and the staff team is both professional and highly hospitable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at their fine restaurant and professional spa, which was incredibly relaxing. Thank you very much, and I look forward to returning!

Best service I ever experienced.

I booked this hotel for a work related trip. And I must admit, I was not the easiest customer myself.

I had to completely cancel my first booking due to a change of plans. Even though Booking.com indicated that the booking was non refundable, the hotel waived my payment. A free cancelation.

I had to postpone my second booking by one night. Again, no questions asked and no problem.

Then, when I finally arrived I did so at 8 AM, 6 hours before check-in time. For a small fee (5$), they got my room ready within 10 minutes.

The duration of my stay in Laos was heavily dependent on paperwork processing by a third party. I assumed this third party only works on weekdays. So, on saturday morning I decided to extend my stay by two nights (until monday). I paid by creditcard on the spot. I booked through Booking.com, which indicated the stay was non refundable.

2 hours later I got confimation that the paperwork that I had been waiting on was finished.

I told the staff that my plans had changed and I had to check out. Before I could mention it, they told me they would refund my fee.

To do so, they had to contact the bank etc.

I was in a hurry to catch a flight, so asked them to get me a taxi (hotel has an internal taxi service).

At the airport, I received a call from The Moon (one of the hotel's staff that helped me check out). He told me the bank was not cooperating, but that he would arrive at the airport within 5 minutes to give me the refund in cash. And so he did: he gave me the full amount in cash at the airport.

I want to express special thanks for the exceptional service. The Moon and his coworker(s) (whose names I do not know) really went the extra mile for me. I greatly appreciate it. It made my somewhat chaotic trip to and stay in Vientiane much better.

If I'm ever in Vientiane again, I'll be staying here.

I can confidently recommend this hotel.
