Unsatisfactory stay...basic amminites weren't properly provided...
Pros:

Outside hotel one small kitchen with most limited fast food... unhygienic and even they charged for water bottle 19....no utensils and breakfast given 60/- per person..

Cons:

Completely disappointing experience with family....Every thing even hospitality.. and worst experience from Booking.com...online booking.....I will never ever wish to book through online platform

Room was ok and prime location near to metro and near to kachiguda. Foods options are many nearby.

Great to stay and explore Hyderabad ...but room price could have been lower
Pros:

My family stayed for 4 nights in room no. 305 .
Location of hotel is on main road, but thanks to good insulation which avoid road noise entering inside the room.
The hotel is at 200-300 m away from the RTC x road metro station and famous Bawarchi Restaurant & Pista House.
You can get day today items in near by shop. Outside food are allowed in the hotel. Staff were co-operative and helpful. Good to stay in hotel with family as my both kids got opportunity to see Metro passing through from the window.

Cons:

Room lights were dim as per my requirement and some of electric fittings are not working properly or naked . I would request to the hotel management to fix ,so to avoid any electric hazards.

Good behaviour of staff. They promise and provide the same. Even after check out they took the responsibility of our bags until we came.
