Ein gemütlicher ruhiger Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist echt gut. Nicht zu weit und zu nah im Zentrum sodass man von dem Lärm weit genug weg ist. In Laufnähe hat man Verpflegung. (Bäckerei reys ist super) Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und bei Bedarf hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber! Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Great value in Cologne!
Pros:

Sandra is a great host. she let me stored my bags before check in and after check out( which I really appreciated very much since I only had 1 day in Cologne) Sandra also gave me suggestions about places to eat and things to do in town besides the Cathedral. My Room was clean, tidy and it had everything I needed, bathroom was right next door. The free coffee/tea in mornings is another plus. Great value in Cologne!

Cons:

WiFi is spotty in the 3rd floor.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist toll.
Das Personal ist wirklich nett und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten komfortabel.

Fantastic place and location. Super clean and near train station.
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff were great. Coffee in the morning nice bonus. Room small but super clean and modern.

Cons:

Sometimes I can be a light sleeper. There is a very heavy door to the main office at the entrance. People were going in and out of that constantly in the morning making a boom sound each time. Couldn’t sleep after 9am.

Petit hôtel bien situé et chambre conforme à la description. En revanche, mon expérience à l’arrivée a été décevante.

Les informations concernant le numéro de chambre et les codes d’accès devaient m’être envoyées avant 14h. Ne les ayant pas reçues, j’ai envoyé un e-mail vers 14h15. Les informations ont finalement été envoyées un peu plus tard sur via bookings. N’ayant pas de réponse à mon e-mail, et pas vu passer la réponse sur bookings pendant mon trajet vers l’hôtel, j’ai sonné à l’arrivée.

Ce qui m’a surtout dérangée, c’est la manière dont la propriétaire s’est adressée à moi. Elle m’a reproché de lui avoir envoyé un e-mail plutôt que de consulter les messages Booking, en ajoutant qu’elle aurait préféré pouvoir aller prendre une douche plutôt que de venir m’ouvrir. Je comprends qu’il puisse y avoir eu un malentendu, mais je pense qu’une telle façon de s’adresser à un client n’est pas appropriée.

Ce malentendu aurait pu être résolu très simplement avec une communication plus courtoise et un accueil plus bienveillant.

Gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte
Pros:

Der Stil des Hauses und die Kommunikation hat mir gut gefallen. Die Lage ist zentral und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die happy hour zum Frühstückskaffee oder Tee im Gästeraum fand ich prima. Alles ist blitz blank - very nice!

Cons:

das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und dunkle - dafür aber fein.

Net klein hotel in het hartje van Keulen
Pros:

Het hotel ziet er schoon en netjes uit. Kamer zien er ook schoon uit. Helaas werkte bij ons de airco niet door een technische fout. Ons contactpersoon heeft van alles geprobeerd om het te verhelpen maar het mocht niet baten. Desalniettemin was de overnachting goed. Bed sliep goed, douche was netjes.

Hotel muss kürzlich renoviert worden sein, alles neu und tiptop in Schuss, auch das Gemeinschaftsbad. Zentral aber sehr ruhig. Unkomplizierter Self- Check-In, Gastgeberin aber bei Bedarf zuverlässig telefonisch erreichbar. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
