Breakfast was better than normal continental breakfasts.

Cons:

We prepaid and had 3 rooms garunteed. I call 2 hrs before arrival and they told us they'd given our rooms away. The staff then managed to 'find rooms and promised they would be available'. When we arrived they had only reserved two of 3 rooms and put us in the wrong 3rd room that couldn't accommodate our size and had to split us to another room which didn't appropriately fit our needs but we made it work.

I will be booking with this hotel in the near future.
Pros:

I like the location. It’s within 7 minutes of some of my favorite stores. Such as, Target, Ulta, and Marshall’s . It’s close to the Perimeter Mall.

I like the buffet breakfast. I love that I had to use my room key for the elevator to move. It shows safety first ! When I needed help the ones at the front desk were there to help !

Cons:

No comments here. There’s nothing bad I can say.

Great for ballpark access without being right in the city and great for families!
Pros:

Breakfast was hot! I loved that there were easy kids choices, hot American breakfast options, and an awesome breakfast taco bar area! The pool was perfect for my 5/6 year old boys!

Cons:

Pull out bed to be more comfortable as well as additional pillows were not available but staff did their best to assist.

Home away from home.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. The young man at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. The facility was clean and smelled like home to me. The environment was appealing. I was so impressed.

Cons:

Parking deck was a little dark and could use some more lighting.

I don't know if I would have liked it or not, 2because after making the reservation2 months ago, requesting and receiving confirmation that we would be getting g an ADA compliment room, we got a phone call 2 hours before check-in that they did not have an accessible room available.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Me encanto la piscina dentro del hotel. El desayuno fue 10 de 10 super bueno. Mi habitación estuvo muy limpia.

Location, room size, and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Pool was closed the entire time for “cleaning”. It sat stagnant the entire time. They gave us a sheet that didn’t fit the pull out bed in any way. One elevator worked the whole time which you’d have to wait for sometimes as much at 10 minutes in a 4 story building which was super inconvenient for checking in and out with all of our bags.

Extremely Unclean Rooms & Rude Management team
Pros:

I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at Homewood Suites Atlanta (915 Crestline Pkwy).

I arrived with my family around 5 PM, and despite the late hour, I was told our room was not ready and had to wait. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning.

After finally getting the room, my son noticed a strange odor coming from the bed. When we removed the sheets, we discovered that the mattress itself was visibly stained and extremely dirty (see attached photos). The stains appeared old and unsanitary, it is a pet-related accidents. the hotel manager and any one from his team who aware about this sitution are endangering the health of families and their children who sleep on these filthy mattresses. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that claims to be family-friendly.

What made the situation worse is that it felt like the hotel was aware of the issue and simply tried to hide it with clean sheets instead of properly cleaning or replacing the mattress.

When I reported this to the front desk, without any apologize or feeling shame, he told me immediately that I have two options:

Move to another room
Or leave the hotel

Since I was traveling with my family, I agreed to switch rooms. However, the second room had similar issues — another unclean mattress, a non-working TV, and the room temperature was uncomfortably hot.

When I contacted the front desk again, I was told there was no maintenance staff available.

The next day, I attempted to speak with the manager. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager very rude I indeed mean very rude and for sure already aware of the situation and appeared more concerned about blaming me for speaking firmly to the staff rather than resolving the serious cleanliness and maintenance problems.

This experience was the worse from start to finish:

Dirty and unsanitary mattresses
Poor room conditions
Lack of maintenance support
Rude and dismissive staff behavior

Please stay away from this hotel and starting check the cleaning of mattresses in any hotel you plan to stay in. We need to work together to put these cases in police hands and work hard to close these hotels.

Elegant peace of mind
Pros:

The indoor pool, they have real breakfast not the pick up and go, staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.
