The location is good. It has a gym with plenty of machines and weights, shower and pool and pool cocktail bar on roof with great value food. It has an excellent electric Tuk tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 mall/Asok Station (driver Sak was so nice and took photos for us) also helpful at Concierge were Han and Wiz. The main restaurant was good for a quiet dinner.
Breakfast caters to many international tastes and that makes it tricky to get exactly what you want sometimes.
Le petit-déjeuner était très réussi : un large choix de mets était proposé, et certains membres du personnel se sont montrés particulièrement sympathiques.
En revanche, certains membres du personnel laissaient à désirer, notamment l’hôtesse d’accueil, qui s’est montrée peu aimable.
Concernant la chambre, celle-ci était très étroite pour une famille de quatre personnes (deux adultes et deux enfants, âgés de 10 et 15 ans). Seuls trois lits étaient prévus, ce qui signifiait que l’enfant de 10 ans devait dormir dans le lit de ses parents. Après plusieurs réclamations, une chambre plus grande nous a finalement été attribuée, mais celle-ci comportait deux lits d’appoint supplémentaires, ce qui l’a rendue encore plus exiguë que la précédente. Une situation peu satisfaisante, d’autant plus regrettable après plusieurs demandes restées sans réponse adaptée

Buffet d'esmorçar molt variat i de bona qualitat, també vam berenar de franc en la chocolate hour. El personal va ser sempre molt atent i amable. I la localitazió està bé, a prop del metro i els.centres comercials.
Vam reservar una habitació twin amb 2 llits, i al arribar ens van fer un upgrade a una junior suite. Però aquesta habitació només tenia un llit i un sofa llit minúscul i durissim, on inclús els nens no hi cabien. Vam demanar tornar a una habitació twin, pero ens van insistir molt en que era una habitació molt petita i no hi cabriem. Així que vam decidir quedarnos amb la junior suite (error nostre), i hem passat dues nits dormint 2 adults i 2 nens apretadissims en un sol llit, fatal. No entenc perquè el sistema et deixa reservar una habitació twin per una familia de 4, si no hi cabem...preferira que ens haguéssin informat i hauriem mirat altres opcions.

Ontbijt was super hectisch en lange wachttijden om te ontbijten. Capaciteit om alle gasten te managen was dus niet mogelijk op piekmomenten wat ik niet ok vind voor een 5 sterren hotel dat wel een hoge prijs vraagt maar de service niet kan waarmaken.
