Less of a vacation hotel & more of a business hotel. You can get better in value at other places.
Pros:

The location was in between central Sukhimvit with SOI 11(party area) at 10-15mins walking distance. We booked the Executive lounge access rooms. We had to go down to the ground floor for exploring the vast spread. The breakfast served was nice in quality and spread. The hotel had a 24x7 roof top bar(very few people but access to 24x7 drinks).

Cons:

The lounge access on 6th floor did not have much spread to offer(4 main dishes)+2 (sides dishes). Vegetarian was served only on request. The breakfast spread in lounge was very poor and we had to go down to the main area to explore the complete spread. The Pool is very small and the rooms though it mentions 32sqm is still very small with less space to walk. The Rooms corridor is very small with close knit rooms to each other giving a vibe of a 3 star hotel.

Super hôtel au cœur de Bangkok
Pros:

Merci au personnel très serviable et professionnel, rue au calme la nuit. Le petit dej excellent et la nourriture est halal.

Cons:

La distance des transports en commun même si c’est très largement faisable à pied de plus l’hôtel possède un tuctuc pour la clientèle.

Improvements needed
Pros:

Staff were good and friendly

Cons:

Furniture looks old and wear and tear can be visibly seen. TV was not clear and kept cutting off after awhile in operation. Limited English channels available for my family to enjoy. Key card kept not working and we had to go to reception multiple times to get it rectified. Terrible view for my family to enjoy and we kept our curtains close.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice, rooftop terrace.

Cons:

Hotel seems feels a bit outdated. Airco was very noisy. Overall it feels a bit anomyous, but maybe because you are in such a large city and you are just passing by (less personal)

Great Location
Pros:

We liked Ammy in the breakfast area.
Also, a driver that was arranged by Door Staff, his name was Mr Wattana, he is the most reliable, courteous and safest driver we have ever had in Thailand

Cons:

We think that the hotel is ageing and is due for a freshen up.
Pillows are uncomfortable and the towels are discoloured and hard

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Second time I stayed at the hotel and it was very nice. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr Dean is the best because he gave us free breakfast which was not included

The staff were great, the restaurant was good and the shuttle to Terminal 21 was convenient.

Cons:

We let the hotel know that we would be arriving early but despite that they took 3 hours to make our room available. Welcome drinks were not given to us, but other guests were given them.
We were celebrating out anniversary and told the hotel in advance, they told us that they would provide a room with a good view but this was not the case.
The room's facilities were old, the bedside table was worn out and uneven, the towel rack in the bathroom came off and we re attached it. The complimentary water had a stale taste.

Pros:

We upgraded to junior suit because we have 2 kids and needed more space. The room very spacious, clean. The staff made the holiday very comfortable and relaxing, they are very kind and helpful. Excellent service, especially Fah at breakfast buffet, made us feel special, so kind to our children.
Excellent breakfast with range of food options for adults and children.

Cons:

At executive lounge, felt like guests were inconsiderate to others, with 1 person occupying table for 4 people. In my opinion executive lounge is a place to have a drink and canapé before you go out for dinner, the guests seem to use it as a restaurant and bar, without any consideration for others, often there was nowhere to sit, so we stopped going. However, it is not the hotel’s and staff’s fault.
