Was very sceptical about the curry dinner buffet. I could not have been more wrong. The food was excellent specially the mutton Rogan Josh. If you are looking for very good value no nonsense Indian good food, this is your place.

I booked a room with 2 adults amd 2 child the room was very small the bed was decent size but wouldnt accommodate us 4 so I chose to upgrade when I got the other room which was with 2 beds the Ac was not cooling after 2 hours I went back to rather reception the reception staff after lot of effort he eas very helpful got me a family room with bunk beds I stayed I the same room a year back but again the Ac was not chilling after 4 hours too the AC was not calling I stayed for 5 nights with the ac not chilling specially during the day te after repeated complaints each day they told me we will get it checked but the situation was the same I paid 6000 THB for the same upgraded room just for the comfort but it was a nightmare the hotel needs a revamp its not the according standards when you check in please check the AC chilling before you take the room also there were other people too complaining for the same I feel looted and cheated never coming back

For a five star hotel some things need to be a bit improved ( shower door could not close properly so water sprayed all over the floor. Restaurant bathroom facilities were looking really old and unkempt.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Bangkok Sukhumvit 15 from 4 to 10 May 2026. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. As a Platinum member, check-in and check-out were effortlessly smooth, with immediate confirmation of our executive lounge access.
The executive lounge was a genuine highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the famous Mövenpick Chocolate Hour, a delightful treat, as well as the impressive selection of drinks and food on offer throughout the day. It made every evening feel special.
The pool and gym are both excellent, well-maintained, spacious, and never overcrowded. The property's location is superb: just a short walk from the BTS Skytrain station, and the hotel's complimentary shuttle to Terminal 21 (running every 30 minutes) made shopping and exploring the city incredibly convenient.
A very special thank you to the wonderful team members who made our stay truly memorable: Tunva, Ja, Samadrita, Olaf, Gill, and Rita. Each of them went above and beyond with warm, attentive, and genuinely heartfelt service. It is rare to find a team so consistently outstanding.
This is unquestionably a five-star property delivering five-star service. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely return. Highly recommended for couples seeking a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience in Bangkok.
